The movie Sinners has made history at the 98th Academy Awards, receiving a remarkable 16 nominations. This breaks the previous record of 14 nominations, which was held by All About Eve, Titanic, and La La Land.
The film One Battle After Another received the second-highest number of nominations with 13. Marty Supreme, Sentimental Value, and Frankenstein each earned nine nominations.
