As a seasoned gamer with years of Call of Duty under my belt, I can’t help but feel a surge of nostalgia and excitement over the upcoming OpTic Legacy Match. Being part of the OpTic Gaming community for so long, I’ve witnessed the rise and fall of teams, seen players evolve, and have cherished every moment of the journey.

In an extraordinary clash, the OpTic Legacy Match pits current members of OpTic Texas against past champions of OpTic Dynasty. This epic encounter promises to be one for the history books!

Optic Gaming has unveiled a special exhibition event, which they’re referring to as the ‘Legacy Match’. This event will pit the present Optic Texas squad against a former Optic Dynasty lineup.

The event is set for October 12, 2024, with live participation allowed at the Esports Stadium in Arlington, Texas. Throughout the event, you can also enjoy additional activities such as meet-and-greets, one-on-one sessions, and other exciting events.

Everything we know about the OpTic Texas vs. OpTic Dynasty Legacy Match

Cash App is hosting this particular event, and it appears that it will only be streamed on YouTube. This implies that the best way for you to watch the event unfold live is by tuning into the official OpTic Gaming YouTube channel, unless your plans involve attending in person.

Currently, general admission tickets are being offered at a low price of $10 each. At this time, no options for VIP access or preferred seating are available.

The entrance to the location will be opened at 3 PM local time, and everyone of all ages is welcome. This marks the initial encounter between Texas’s OpTic team and their rivals, the Dynasty crews, inside.

Who are the teams?

It seems likely that the game they are playing will take place in Modern Warfare 3 or possibly even before that with early access to Black Ops 6. While it would be cool to see them on an earlier version of Call of Duty, the specific game they are using has not been revealed yet.

It’s clear that OpTic Texas represents the Call of Duty League’s team of players. Notably, Dynasty has recruited ex-Call of Duty pros who gained prominence as part of OpTic Gaming in the past. Here are the current teams:

Look forward to appearances from various members of OpTic Gaming, including the founder and leader, Hector “H3CZ” Rodriguez. Such events where past and current players and organizations in esports come together are not common, so this promises to be an exciting occasion.
