New photos obtained by Daily Mail show Britney Spears experiencing a wardrobe malfunction during her birthday trip to Mexico. She briefly exposed herself while walking around a high-end resort with a martini.

The singer, who celebrated her 44th birthday on December 2nd, was spotted last week at the Las Ventanas al Paraiso resort in San José del Cabo. Witnesses say she spent the afternoon chatting with other guests and enjoying espresso martinis.

Recent photos show Britney Spears looking unkempt, with her long blonde hair down and a loose-fitting floral dress. The dress slipped low enough to reveal her right breast.

According to a witness, Britney looked relaxed but noticeably out of sorts as the day wore on. 

According to a source who spoke with the Daily Mail, the person was likely at that location for most of the afternoon, though it wasn’t confirmed that she was staying there.

She was friendly with the other guests and enjoying espresso martinis, but she was also revealing a lot of cleavage and appeared to be somewhat intoxicated.

A brief video from the resort appears to show Britney Spears taking a pill with water while sitting at the bar. It’s not known what the pill was.

Britney was with a man covered in tattoos, who had also been with her a few days before on a boat near Baja California.

‘She was very friendly with the mystery man with tattoos,’ the onlooker added. 

He recently injured his hand, as evidenced by the bandage and how much he was moving it around. He stayed close to her throughout the entire time.

This new sighting follows recent photos published by Daily Mail showing the singer, known for the song ‘Toxic,’ getting onto a yacht in Cabo with the same man. She appeared disheveled and was holding her belongings tightly.

Photos taken last Sunday show Britney Spears getting onto a boat with her swimsuit and a handbag.

She was later seen rummaging through a cooler onboard, before pulling out a copper-hued bottle.

Her travel companion followed Spears with a tote bag in hand.

Britney Spears clarified in a now-deleted Instagram video – which was saved by Reddit users – that a man she was seen with is actually her cousin, not a boyfriend. She briefly kissed him on the head twice.

Recently, Britney Spears has been posting videos and photos from her trips on social media. On one particular day, she shared a video of herself enjoying a boat ride while wearing a bright pink bikini.

‘Did a flip off the boat but I hurt myself,’ she wrote in the caption. 

The singer seems relaxed and happy while vacationing in Mexico, but people are worried about her after hearing she might move from California to the UK.

Sources say Britney is experiencing a lot of stress in California and is searching for a new home.

She’s also experienced a series of worrying incidents that have concerned her family, most recently being seen outside a Los Angeles wine bar looking unkempt.

A source told the Daily Mail on November 19th that they were deeply worried about her safety, feeling helpless to intervene in the dangerous situation she was facing.

Last month, she briefly deactivated her Instagram account after sharing some unusual posts and getting into a public argument with her former husband, Kevin Federline. This followed the release of his memoir, ‘You Thought You Knew’.

The couple – who share two sons – were married for two years before their 2007 divorce. 

Kevin Federline says he had no role in Britney Spears’ 13-year conservatorship, which concluded in 2021. However, reports indicate her former manager, Larry Rudolph, once described Federline as essential to the 2008 intervention that occurred following a dispute over their children.
