Only Murders in the Building actor is not returning for Season 4

As a seasoned gamer and avid fan of narrative-driven series, I must confess that the news about Jesse Williams’ departure from Only Murders in the Building left me somewhat disheartened. Much like my own love life, it seemed as though Mabel’s romantic journey was destined to be filled with unexpected twists and turns.

The curiosity surrounding which characters from previous seasons might reappear in future installments of “Only Murders in the Building” has been a topic of discussion since the announcement of Season 4. However, it’s confirmed that at least one character who was alive during Season 3 won’t be making a comeback.

It appears that Jesse Williams’ character from Grey’s Anatomy won’t be appearing in the fourth season, suggesting that the relationship between his character and Mabel didn’t develop as hoped.

It’s unclear why this event isn’t taking place, as it might be due to a conflict in schedules between Williams and ‘Only Murders in the Building’, or possibly due to some creative choices. The latter scenario seems plausible.

Only Murders in the Building Season 4 will head to the West Coast

As a dedicated fan, I can’t help but share my excitement as our beloved podcasters embark on a new journey, leaving the bustling streets of New York behind. Instead, they’re bound for the enchanting West Coast, where the magic of movie-making unfolds. You see, their captivating podcast is about to become a film, and this means a thrilling sojourn to the legendary Hollywood! Here, they’ll have the unique opportunity to witness the behind-the-scenes action and even meet the talented actors who will bring their characters to life on the big screen. What an incredible adventure awaits us all!

It’s possible that including Tobert in the narrative doesn’t seem necessary, given that he resides in New York. Even though his job requires him to travel, wouldn’t it be less plausible for him to be in Hollywood instead?

It was delightful to watch Mabel reconnect with someone she could confide in once more. While it would’ve been great if this person sticks around for a while, ultimately, the success or failure of their relationship doesn’t really matter. Furthermore, just because Tobert won’t be physically present in the show doesn’t mean he won’t come up in conversation. There might even be hints of a long-distance connection between them.

It’s possible that this development might bring joy to fans rooting for Mabel and Theo’s relationship. With Tobias (Tobert) no longer a factor, there remains an opportunity for their connection to flourish in the show “Only Murders in the Building”.
