One Tree Hill star Tyler Hilton and actress wife Megan Park split after 10 years of marriage

Actors Tyler Hilton and Megan Park, who have been married for more than ten years, have announced they are separating.

Chad Michael Murray, 42, announced on Instagram Friday that he and Shannen Doherty, 39, are divorcing. Doherty, known for her role in ‘The Secret Life of the American Teenager’ and now working as a director, is separating from the ‘One Tree Hill’ actor.

I usually keep our family life private, but I’ve noticed some rumors online that I want to address.

‘Some time ago, Megan and I decided to end our marriage.’

 The two married in a small ceremony in Malibu, California, back in October 2015.

Hilton finished by saying they’re still focused on their children and co-parenting, and they appreciate everyone respecting their privacy.

 

The couple has two children: a daughter named Winnie, who is six years old, and a son named Benny, born in 2024.

After eight years of dating, the couple announced they were engaged in 2014 and got married in October 2015.

Park told UsWeekly that their wedding was exactly what they’d hoped for, and it felt wonderful to celebrate their long-term relationship with loved ones.

It’s wonderful to finally have all of our loved ones together after all these years to celebrate our connection and affection for one another.

The couple got married at Triunfo Creek Vineyards, having an intimate ceremony indoors followed by a casual backyard BBQ reception.

The couple, with only a best man and maid of honor at their wedding, aimed for a relaxed and fun celebration rather than a formal event.

So their night included lots of dancing, a bluegrass band, a food truck and even ping pong tables.

I absolutely loved what Tyler, who’s 31, shared with the magazine. He and his family are really into having casual barbecues and get-togethers with friends, and they wanted their winery to feel just as relaxed and welcoming – like an extension of those happy times.

‘We just kind of were throwing a little party that we’d want to be at.’

The actress, known for her role in ‘The Secret Life of a Teenager,’ explained their decision to have a small wedding party. They considered including many people, but ultimately chose to keep things simple with just a maid of honor and best man, and were happy to have everyone else present at the wedding.

Tyler Hilton is most famous for playing singer-songwriter Chris Keller on the TV show One Tree Hill, a role he held for the show’s entire nine-season run from 2003 to 2012.

Park is most recognized for playing Grace Bowman, a religious character, on the teen drama The Secret Life of the American Teenager, which ran from 2008 to 2012.

She later reinvented her career as a filmmaker, writing and directing the 2024 comedy-drama My Old Ass, featuring Aubrey Plaza and Maisy Stella.
