The upcoming season promises new locations, giant monsters, and the arrival of characters fans have been waiting to see as the crew ventures into the Grand Line.
New poster for One Piece Season 2 revealed by Netflix
Netflix released a new poster for the second season of One Piece, giving fans a first glimpse at the “Little Garden” arc. The poster features two massive, bearded warriors wearing Viking helmets, set against a backdrop of a prehistoric jungle with ruins and dinosaurs.
The scene shows Monkey D. Luffy, Nami, and the rest of the Straw Hat crew standing on a bridge, looking out over an island. A quote from explorer Louis Arnot appears, saying, “To its inhabitants, the island truly is a Little Garden.” Below that, the One Piece logo indicates the series is coming to Netflix in 2026.
Netflix has announced that its live-action adaptation of One Piece will cover multiple story arcs from the original manga, including Loguetown, Whiskey Peak, Reverse Mountain, Little Garden, and Drum Island. The characters Dorry and Brogy, giant warrior captains who famously duel in the Little Garden arc, will be played by Werner Coetser and Brendan Murray, respectively.
Jacob Gibson, the actor who plays Usopp, explained to TheWrap that filming dynamic scenes while pretending to look up at things was technically difficult. However, he praised the production team for consistently finding creative solutions to make the world feel real for the actors.
Season 2 follows the Straw Hat Pirates as they venture into the dangerous Grand Line, continuing their quest for the ultimate treasure, the One Piece. Netflix has announced the new season will arrive in 2026, and they’re already working on a third season as well.
