In the UK, the critically-acclaimed horror film, A Quiet Place, known for being one of the scariest movies ever made, has found a fresh streaming platform to call home.
Under the guidance of director John Krasinski, and featuring his spouse Emily Blunt in the cast, the film titled “A Quiet Place” centers around a family who are pursued by extraterrestrial beings that have an acute sensitivity to noise.
In a world overtaken by sightless extraterrestrials who possess extraordinary hearing, a family fights to stay alive.
Initially, it was possible to watch this horror movie for free on Channel 4’s streaming platform earlier this year. However, it is no longer accessible there. Don’t be alarmed though, as the spine-chilling film can now be streamed on Amazon Prime Video in both the United Kingdom and Ireland.

The sequel to “A Quiet Place” was released in 2021, titled “A Quiet Place Part II”. Additionally, a prequel movie called “A Quiet Place: Day One” came out in 2024. At present, work is ongoing for the third film in the trilogy, which will be the fourth movie overall in this series.
This year, followers of the series received encouraging news about “A Quiet Place 3” when its producer, Brad Fuller, shared that the movie’s production would start in the near future.

To set things straight, ‘Day One’ isn’t the same as ‘A Quiet Place 3’. Just wanted to clarify that,” he explained during an interview with The Direct. “As for ‘A Quiet Place 3’, we’re currently working on it. You see, when we made the first one, John Krasinski wasn’t too busy. He had recently finished ‘The Office’, and he was eager to direct.
Currently, his schedule is packed, making it difficult for him to commit. He’s busy with a new film production at the moment, but once he wraps that up, we can anticipate that he may focus on “[A Quiet Place 3]”. We’re eager to conclude this trilogy and I’m hopeful there might be additional “Quiet Place” movies following it.
A Quiet Place is available to stream on Prime Video in the UK and Ireland.
