One of 2024’s best action movies is now on Prime Video

Kill, one of 2024’s best action movies, is now available to watch on Prime Video.

In a Bollywood movie, we find the story of Amrit, an Indian army commando (played by Lakshya). He embarks on a mission to prevent his beloved Tulika (portrayed by Tanya Maniktala) from getting married off, since they’ve kept their relationship a secret. To do so, he boards the very train that carries her family.

Yet, the trip takes a dangerous turn as a band of ruthless robbers starts harassing the unsuspecting travelers, placing the responsibility for their safety squarely on Amrit’s shoulders.

After hitting the big screens in July, the movie “Kill” can now be streamed on Prime Video in both the United Kingdom and Ireland.

As a gamer, I was thoroughly hooked when this action flick made its grand entrance, boasting an astounding 90% fresh rating on Rotten Tomatoes. The critics were blown away, labeling it as “brutally intense” and “spectacularly awesome”. However, over time and more reviews coming in, the score has dipped slightly to a still-impressive 89%.

In our four-star review for the film published by Digital Spy, we stated: “Kill” is not a love story; instead, it stands as one of India’s most gruesome, violent, and gory action films that challenges traditional concepts of right and wrong and shatters audience assumptions.

Meanwhile, it turns out that Liam Neeson’s 2022 action flick Blacklight is unexpectedly gaining popularity on Netflix.

The movie features the star from Taken playing Travis Block, a former Vietnam soldier turned FBI troubleshooter, who stumbles upon a hidden government scheme.

Even though it underperformed at the traditional box office and received mainly unfavorable feedback from critics, the movie ranked fifth among Netflix’s most-watched global films last week. Notably, it performed exceptionally well in Central and South American regions.
