On Running Triples Net Profit in 2024 Exceeding $2.6 Billion USD in Sales

In a recent disclosure, On Holding AG (the parent company of On Running) announced that it achieved approximately 2.6 billion USD in sales during its 2024 fiscal year. This figure represents a threefold increase in net profit compared to the previous year. According to an evaluation by Fashion United, these impressive results surpassed last year’s projected goals, leading On Holding AG to aim for even higher figures moving forward into the next year.

2024 was truly a remarkable year for On Running! In November, I couldn’t help but rejoice as they upgraded their 2024 forecast, following the release of impressive third-quarter results. Their revenue soared to an astounding CHF 635.8 million Swiss francs ($717.6 million USD), marking a robust 32.3% growth compared to the previous year.

As we moved forward, On Running raised their annual target to 2.29 billion Swiss francs and managed not only to meet but surpass it, with total sales for the year reaching an impressive 2.32 billion Swiss francs. The brand’s final quarter gave them a significant boost as Q4 revenue jumped by an impressive 35.7% compared to the same period in the previous year.

The robust direct-to-consumer sales of this running company have significantly boosted its overall growth, registering a 40.3% rise. Interestingly, even the wholesale channels have seen expansion as third-party sales climbed by 22.8%. Notably, the Asia-Pacific market emerged as the strongest segment, witnessing a staggering 84.5% surge. In the Americas, sales grew beyond a quarter, while in the EMEA region, they increased by 18.2%.

2024’s net profit exceeded the projected 79.6 million Swiss francs significantly, reaching an impressive 242.3 million Swiss francs instead. As per Fashion United, On Holding AG anticipates a substantial sales growth of at least 27% for 2025, translating to approximately 2.94 billion Swiss francs or $3.3 billion USD.
