Olly Murs shows off his chiselled six-pack as he poses in tiny pair of Speedos during Orlando trip with best pal Mark Wright

Olly Murs showed off his toned body on Tuesday, posting a photo of himself in Speedos while on vacation in Orlando with his friend Mark Wright.

The 41-year-old singer visited Universal Volcano Bay waterpark wearing small white swim briefs and happily posed for a photo, showing off his fit physique.

Earlier this year, Olly committed to a tough 12-week plan of diet and exercise to get in shape and lose his ‘dad bod’.

The singer of “Heart Skips A Beat” hired a team of trainers to help him get in shape, and he’s been sharing updates with his fans online.

He seemed pleased with how the trip went, sharing photos from their Florida vacation on Instagram. The pictures included moments with Peter Crouch, Abbey Clancy, Denise Van Outen, and Holly Willoughby.

Photos also showed the comedy pair, who co-host Heart Radio’s Sunday Breakfast show, having fun on rollercoasters and playfully competing in an arcade.

They also visited Harry Potter World and dressed up as Hogwarts students, using wands and robes for photos.

Olly also posted a video of himself performing karaoke at a bar, where he danced and sang.

Captioning the montage of fun-filled photos and clips, he wrote: ‘A week to remember’.

This news follows Olly’s recent statement that he and his wife Amelia are facing difficulties in their relationship, just a month after the birth of their second child. He said their initial happy phase is over.

Actress Dear Darlin’ and her partner, a fitness influencer, are parents to two children: 17-month-old Madison and their newborn son, Albert, who was born in September.

Olly recently shared at the Variety Club Showbusiness Awards that he and Amelia are adjusting to life as a family of four, marking a new chapter in their relationship.

He shared that he created his ‘Marry Me’ album three years ago, when he and Amelia didn’t have children yet – a time he fondly remembered as the beginning of their relationship.

His latest music is noticeably more playful and signals a clear break from his previous style, but it’s a lighthearted and enjoyable change.

Olly recently told Entertainment Daily that his album ‘Marry Me’ was written three years ago, during a very happy time with his partner before they had children – a sort of honeymoon phase.

‘So it was like: “Oh, I love you. You’re amazing. You’re incredible”.

With this album, I felt comfortable being more playful and a bit bolder. It’s clear the initial excitement has faded, but it’s a really enjoyable shift in tone.

‘We’re talking about other things in the music, but still celebrating my love for her.’

The couple got married in July 2023 and welcomed their daughter in April 2024.

Olly regretted having to leave so soon after his first child was born – just 48 hours after Amelia gave birth – because he was on tour with Take That. He’s determined to be more available and hands-on when their new son arrives, so he can fully enjoy those first precious weeks.

During a concert, the singer shared with the audience that being a new parent meant a lot of sleepless nights and diaper changes, and he admitted to feeling bad about being away from his family for work.

It’s been a really hectic period. I’m thrilled to have a baby daughter, and my wife is doing an amazing job at home caring for her – dealing with all the diapers and sleepless nights. But at the same time, I’m on tour with Take That, and I feel terrible about not being there more.

Olly Murs recently shared on his Heart Breakfast show that he was deeply upset and cried after having to leave his wife and newborn baby just two days after their child was born.

Months after making the decision, he described how deeply it affected him, explaining that he’d never had the chance to bond with his daughter when she was a baby.
