Olly Murs’ Shocking 12-Week Body Transformation Before Second Baby Arrival Revealed!

On Wednesday, Olly Murs showcased his remarkable physical transformation through several Instagram posts.

The 40-year-old singer prepared himself by following a rigorous 12-week fitness and diet regimen prior to the arrival of his second child with his expectant spouse, Amelia.

Enthusiast about fitness, Amelia (age 32), recently became a mother to her first child, Madison (who’s 12 months old), and announced last week that she is expecting another baby soon.

Showcasing his well-defined abs and robust build, the celebrity from Essex announced his excitement for the upcoming tour, set to begin on Thursday, expressing that he’s feeling energized and ready.

His coach showcased his progress on Instagram, stating: ‘After 12 weeks of dedicated dieting following the MarriottNutrition plan, look at this amazing transformation!’

His celebrity pals including Mark Wright wrote: ‘Right. I’m going gym’.

As a die-hard admirer, I can’t help but exclaim: “You’ve reached a whole new stratum of success, putting in relentless effort to reach it! My heart swells with pride for you. Now, does this achievement mean we get to share meals again like old times?

Others penned: ‘Looking ripped bro’, ‘Beast mode activated’,

‘YES!!!! Looking shredded’.

Olly took to Instagram in April 2024 to speak about his boxing journey.

He usually doesn’t share posts about boxing, but after 18 months of practice and mastering the fundamentals, he watched a video of himself training for the first time and was pleased with his performance.

‘It’s been a hard slog! So f*** it, I’m posting it! Learning to box from scratch is hard work.

‘Everywhere I go, people know me as someone who consistently strives for improvement. In essence, I’ve reached a point where I can say, ‘I’m one of those constantly evolving individuals,’ and that’s thanks to regular practice, similar to shadow boxing.’

In a moment, Olly addressed his followers with some wisdom: ‘For those considering any form of competitive fighting, remember to treat it with respect, exercise patience, and maintain consistency, and you’ll reap the rewards.’

Originating from a semi-pro soccer career, he expressed his newfound passion for boxing at a full 100%. He confessed that he truly enjoys it. Boxing and sparring help him alleviate stress, according to his statement.

Olly and Amelia announced their pregnancy news in an adorable black and white video last week.

The family of three were seen walking through the park with Madison sat on her father’s shoulders. 

As a loving sibling, I donned a jean jacket emblazoned with the phrase ‘Big Sis’, while Amelia clutched a roll of baby ultrasound photos.

They penned in a caption: ‘We’re so egg-cited to share this..… Another Baby Murs on the way.’

In July 2023, Olly got married to his partner who is a bodybuilder, and they welcomed a baby girl on April 17th.

Just 48 hours after Amelia had given birth, the singer was back on tour supporting Take That.

At that moment, the performer shared with the audience his experience of balancing diaper changes and sleepless nights, yet feeling remorseful for being absent from home while working.

He stated: ‘These days have been incredibly eventful. You see, on one side, I have a precious little girl in my life. Simultaneously, my wife is taking care of her, changing diapers and enduring the countless sleepless nights at home.’

‘And I’m on tour with Take That. I feel guilty!’

In the previous month, Olly openly admitted that he wept upon being compelled to depart from her mere two days following her delivery.

He acknowledged, several months later, that the decision had a significant emotional impact on him, as he hadn’t been able to get to know his daughter during her infancy due to lack of prior interaction.

During their Heart Breakfast chat with new father Mark, Olly admitted candidly, “Leaving just two days after our baby’s birth to join Take That on tour proved incredibly challenging for me.

He shared that he hadn’t fully understood or processed the situation when it happened, but several months later while talking with Amelia, he found himself breaking down in tears because he had never had an opportunity to genuinely get to know that small child.
