As I delve into the captivating journey of Olivia, a woman who has graced our screens with her vibrant presence, I am struck by her resilience and adaptability. From reality TV stints to documentaries exploring the intricacies of beauty standards, she has navigated the ever-changing landscape of entertainment with grace and tenacity.

On Monday evening at the Pride of Britain Awards, Olivia Attwood exuded sophistication while dressed in a stylish red dress, mingling with some of television’s most prominent figures.

The look, and her career progression, are worlds away from the Love Island star‘s wild start in the industry.

As an ardent admirer, I can’t help but notice the transformative journey of this 33-year-old TV personality. Gone are the days of enhancements, replaced now by reductions. The glamorous Love Island villa has been traded for gritty documentaries, tackling diverse topics such as the online sex industry and cosmetic surgery – truly a testament to growth and evolving perspectives.

In my journey as a lifestyle guide, I’ve experienced a transformation not only professionally but also personally. A while ago, I found myself embracing love with the charming footballer, Bradley Deck, following some challenging romantic experiences on Love Island with Chris Hughes.

TopMob takes a look at Olivia’s incredible transformation over the years…

Olivia before the fame

On social media, the presenter frequently pokes fun at her past self, posting amusing old photos while jesting about following questionable fashion trends such as her time without eyebrows.

The star looks unrecognisable sporting a platinum bleach hair-do as she posed for snaps with her ageless mum Jennifer.

‘Black kohl eyeliners had me in a chokehold for most of my teens,’ she captioned the pictures.

For those who claim they didn’t need filters, here’s a post for you. I’ve seen sharper edges on a folded piece of paper. Feel free to find a comfortable spot. As for the eyebrows, well… they seem to be missing in this picture. That’s all folks!

The Love Island villa

Olivia found fame when she first entered the villa in 2017 for Love Island’s third series.

She quickly became renowned, not just for her high-profile romantic involvement but also her doll-like appearance due to cosmetic enhancements. She frequently flaunted her altered physique in revealing swimwear while providing memorable dialogue on the program.

While on the program, she discovered love with Chris Hughes. Together, they advanced to the finale, eventually placing third.

But years after her epic stint, Olivia opened up about her ‘consuming’ romance with Chris, 31.

Following my departure from the villa in 2017, I concluded a chapter of my life and rekindled my romance with my former footballer partner, now husband, Bradley. We had parted ways right before I entered the show, but fate brought us back together.

Reflecting on a heart-to-heart moment with my partner, Brad, not too long ago, I find myself reminiscing about our incredible journey thus far. We’ve weathered storms, including our separation, which left us both unsure of what lay ahead. Yet here we are, stronger than ever.

As a lifestyle advisor, let me share my personal journey. I believed my time on Love Island marked the end of a chapter, but I found myself entangled in another relationship that proved to be incredibly harmful and overwhelming. Despite my initial intentions, it seemed fate had other plans for me.

‘And sometimes that’s what happens and it pushes you back to your ex. After that we needed a good year to find our footing as a couple again. I still wasn’t sure.

‘It was toxic with Chris and we argued a lot. I never had that problem with Brad, we never argued.’

Cosmetic surgery fan

As a devoted devotee, I’m open about my past decisions: I’ve chosen to have multiple surgeries and have been using injectable fillers regularly for quite some time.

She has had two boob jobs, surgery on her lips and under eyes as well as multiple injectables.

2019, the year she started appearing regularly on The Only Way Is Essex, saw her undergo a £2.5k chin liposuction and contouring treatment.

At the time she displayed the results on @skindoctorclinics Instagram page.

In an excited tone, she expressed her satisfaction with her completed task in the comment area, saying, ‘Simply fantastic! ❤️’

In a simpler and more conversational manner, Dr. Saleena Zimri, who performed the treatment at the Leeds location of Skin Doctor Clinics, posted along with the before-and-after photos: “Wow, just look at this!

Turning to the natural look

In 2019, I embarked on a journey of aesthetic adjustments, and while it started as a love affair with cosmetic surgery, the passion has waned over time.

Initially, Olivia decided to get rid of her lip fillers on her upper lip, admitting that she had gone too overboard with the cosmetic procedure. In the same year, she also opted for a reduction of her breast size.

After consulting with her cosmetic surgeon, she decided to dissolve some of her lip fillers based on the doctor’s advice. She shared this experience on Instagram saying, “I completely agree with her, I’ve likely had lip fillers for around five or six years now.

Initially, that area beyond the usual lip line has begun to swell noticeably – a development I hadn’t anticipated. However, this new opportunity allows me to begin anew with renewed enthusiasm. In fact, it appears less problematic now due to the earlier overfilling.

After her transformations, the host frequently expressed her views on having cosmetic surgeries and treatments at a young age, labeling it as a ‘perilous path leading nowhere’.

Regarding her choice to undergo breast augmentation at the age of 20, she shared with The Times: “I became obsessed with it, and I found it affordable and convenient.

I found these breast implants excessively heavy. For an entire year, I felt content, but later I realized they seemed incongruous with my body shape.

Initially, the heaviness of the implants began causing my skin to sag, and they descended gradually. This led me to ponder, ‘This is not at all what I expected or agreed to.’

In a conversation with TopMob in 2020, Olivia advised women pondering cosmetic surgery to ensure they are making this decision solely for themselves, rather than following a popular trend.

Speaking from personal experience, she noted, ‘At one point, I had large breasts following my initial breast augmentation – that was trendy at the time, everyone seemed to desire a look similar to Katie Price or Jodie Marsh. However, as trends shift, I found myself feeling uneasy.’

Olivia continued: ‘Just like with lips, when lip enhancers became popular a few years back, people were all about going as large as possible. But now, it’s clear that a more natural appearance is definitely coming back into style.’

She wisely concluded: ‘I think what I’ve learned – and a lot of people have learned – is that with our bodies, we’ve got to be so careful not to follow fashion.’

In June 2019, Olivia spoke about feeling proud of her significantly reduced breasts following a breast reduction procedure.

She had said her body was aching from the weight of her old 10 year old implants.

After the operation, she mentioned that she had a reduction – replacing the old ones with new ones as she had those implants since she was 19 years old.

‘They were really heavy and too big for my body, so I was starting to get some really bad aching.

I’m eagerly looking forward to wearing a variety of outfits again without the inconvenience of my bust causing any discomfort or disturbance to others during meals.

Olivia’s stints on TV shows

In 2022, a beloved TV personality ventured into the jungle but her participation in the reality show I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here didn’t last long due to an unexpected withdrawal the following day for health-related reasons.

Initially, I found myself devastated and disheartened when I was barred from returning to the camp premises due to safety concerns, following an unexpected trip to the emergency room.

At that moment, Olivia opened up only to the Mail On Sunday, saying confidentially: “I was petrified, thinking: ‘What on earth is happening to me?’

As a fervent devotee, I was left without an explanation; all they could manage was a swift directive to whisk me off to the hospital posthaste.

They found the results extremely low when they analyzed them using their device, so they sought advice from a colleague who was working remotely.

In England, I had my blood tests done prior to leaving, and the results were normal. Naturally, I became quite anxious and confused about it.

She mentioned: ‘Returning to the camp might lower my health indicators, posing potential risks to my overall health and welfare.’

Prior to venturing into the jungle, Olivia had previously showcased herself on various reality TV programs, with Celebs Go Dating being one of them, back in 2018.

When the star initially appeared, it was said that she had falsified her single status for the purpose of joining the program; however, she refuted these allegations.

After one year, she started appearing frequently on The Only Way Is Essex during its twenty-fourth season, and concluded her run at the end of series 26 in 2020.

In that very year, she kicked off her role in a reality show called “Olivia Meets Her Match,” which chronicled the happenings preceding her marriage to a football player.

2021 found me gracing the stage of ITV2’s Celebrity Karaoke Club, and by 2023, I was proudly joining the dynamic team as a panelist on the esteemed Loose Women!

The Price Of Perfection

Moving past her “I’m A Celebrity” letdown, Olivia has experienced significant triumphs by hosting her own shows on ITV, such as “The Price of Perfection.

In the documentary series, Olivia openly discussed her personal surgery journey, exploring how our obsession with cosmetic enhancements affects not only our physical selves but also our mental wellbeing.

Additionally, she examined the ways that science and social media platforms have been influencing the concept of beauty, as individuals strive for the ideal selfie snapshot.

Throughout the series, the striking woman often found herself on the giving end of a syringe, providing treatments to her patients.

In each installment, the program delves into exploring a distinct aspect of the human body, ranging from Olivia’s Ideal Vulva, Ideal Buttocks, Ideal Male Genitalia, Ideal Breasts, and Ideal Facial Features.
