Olivia Attwood shares ‘best is yet to come’ message of support from friend following her split from husband Bradley Dack

Olivia Attwood shared that a dear friend sent her a thoughtful gift after her breakup with husband Bradley Dack.

The 34-year-old presenter recently confirmed she and her 32-year-old husband, a footballer, have split up after being married for three years.

Okay, so the word on the street is that this relationship ended because he really messed up. Apparently, he did something that completely broke her trust – a major boundary was crossed, and unfortunately, there was no recovering from that. It’s a sad situation, but trust is everything, and once it’s gone, it’s incredibly difficult to rebuild.

Olivia revealed on Instagram Monday that a friend gave her a copy of the book, Option B.

This book, co-authored by Sheryl Sandberg and Adam Grant, offers guidance on how to bounce back from tough times and build strength after experiencing setbacks or loss.

Olivia shared a picture of the inside cover of a gift, revealing a sweet, handwritten note from her friend.

It read: ‘Dear Bambi, I hope you enjoy this book as much as me.

‘In times where resilience was needed I found great comfort in these words.

You’re already incredibly strong, so I don’t think you need to build more resilience. But I hope these words offer you the same comfort they gave me.

‘Love always, Boobi.

‘P.S. The best is yet to come.’

This follows Olivia’s heartfelt message about needing to keep herself occupied to feel alright, which she shared after spending Valentine’s Day by herself.

After twenty years, Saturday celebrated her first Valentine’s Day as a single woman by keeping busy last week. She went shopping, attended the BAFTA Rising Star party, appeared on the cover of FAULT magazine, and announced a new partnership with Garnier.

On Sunday, Olivia explained on Instagram why she’s been keeping such a busy schedule with both her personal life and work – she’s been dealing with a difficult personal situation.

She shared a heartfelt video from social media that expressed the feeling of needing to stay occupied to feel alright.

She shared on social media how she spent Valentine’s Day, saying she’d taken herself shopping because it was her first Valentine’s Day without a boyfriend since she was a teenager. She ended the post with a loving message to her followers.

As a lifestyle expert, I’ve been following this story closely. It seems since the news of her split from Bradley surfaced back in January – after just two years of marriage – she’s really thrown herself into work. She’s been dedicating absolutely everything to her new show, ‘The Heat,’ and honestly, it’s a classic way to channel energy during a tough time.

Olivia has been open about having a really tough start to the year. She’s dealing with a breakup while also managing a very busy job.

In addition to her podcast, Olivia’s House, and her radio show on KISS FM with Pete Wicks, she’s still working on a new season of her documentary, Getting Filthy Rich, and is excited about her recent partnership with Garnier.

Despite recent troubles in her marriage, she appeared cheerful Thursday night while launching a new skincare campaign at The Newman Hotel. She was seen leaving with Pete, 37, and friends early Friday morning.

Just a week before, the actress, who had recently ended a relationship, shared that she was staying busy by exercising frequently and working on many film projects to take her mind off things.

She shared a sneak peek of her upcoming ITV show, ‘The Heat,’ on Instagram. Playfully referencing her previously mentioned busy work schedule, she wrote, ‘Remember when I said I was busy? Well, here’s why! You definitely won’t want to miss this new show.’

The show follows her as she observes ten aspiring chefs training with renowned chef Jean-Christophe Novelli, who has earned multiple Michelin stars.

Over the past year, the celebrity known as Loose Woman has been candid with her followers about the difficulties she’s been experiencing in her marriage, all while managing her professional life.

Okay, so she finally talked about it! She said things have been ‘challenging’ for them the last six months – can you believe it?! This was after those photos surfaced, you know, the ones from Ibiza where she and Pete looked… really cozy on that boat. It’s been killing me waiting for her to address it, and honestly, ‘challenging’ feels like a huge understatement considering everything! I just need them to be happy, you know?

Olivia said her career was taking off, with her TV shows, like Getting Filthy Rich, being renewed for more seasons. This meant work often came first, and she and Bradley were always struggling to balance their hectic schedules.

In an interview with the Daily Mail, she explained that her relationship with Brad hasn’t always been easy. They’ve experienced many highs and lows, and the past six months have been particularly difficult.

Our work always comes first, and we’re constantly figuring out how to balance that with our relationship.

Long-term relationships require consistent effort, and it’s honest to admit that things can be challenging. It’s not always easy or glamorous, but that’s just part of being in a committed partnership, even if people don’t often talk about it.

We love sharing photos on Instagram, but we want to be honest – life isn’t always perfect. There have been some challenges, and things haven’t been easy for everyone involved. It’s been a complicated situation with a lot going on.

Everyone makes mistakes – I’ve definitely made some, and so has Brad. It’s tempting to present a perfect image, but if you look closely, you’ll find that no one is truly flawless.

Sources say Olivia and Bradley’s marriage ended because the athlete betrayed her trust and went too far.

Olivia recently spoke about her divorce, admitting she’s struggling with how to share anything on social media. She joked that she’s not comfortable being vulnerable, especially online, comparing it to exposing weakness to people who might take advantage of it.

For a long time now, I’ve been going through a cycle of crying myself to sleep, only to wake up at 5am and pretend everything is okay. It’s been a long and difficult pattern.

She went on, explaining that a lot was changing very quickly, which she really disliked. She hadn’t anticipated moving into the apartment by herself, and she felt completely overwhelmed.

Honestly, all I really want is happiness – for myself, and for Brad too. We’re just taking things one day at a time, focusing on finding a little bit of peace for both of us. And if this resonates with anyone else out there who’s struggling, I hope it helps them too.

‘Normal programming and chatting will resume asap. Ps thank you, I feel your love immensely.’
