Olivia Attwood reveals the ‘absolute c*** up’ that stopped her from going back to I’m A Celebrity
As a lifestyle expert with years of experience in analyzing celebrity careers, I must say that Olivia Attwood’s story is both heartbreaking and inspiring. Heartbreaking because no one wants to see their dreams dashed so suddenly, especially when it comes to participating in a highly anticipated show like I’m A Celebrity…Get Me Out Of Here! However, it’s inspiring to see her resilience and determination to return to the jungle.
Olivia Attwood tried to ‘fight’ ITV for the chance to stay on I’m A Celebrity…Get Me Out Of Here!
As a die-hard fan, I can’t help but share my heartache over the swift exit of our beloved reality star, aged 33, from the jungle survival show earlier this year. In 2022, he made history as the first Love Islander to embark on this adventure, only to be unexpectedly sent home a mere 48 hours after landing in the land down under due to medical reasons.
Olivia recently shared that the most unfortunate event in her television career thus far was particularly difficult for her.
She really wanted to participate in the contest, but her superiors refused and are still keeping certain details about her unexpected departure confidential.
On Pete Wicks’ Staying Relevant podcast, she shared: “It was the most challenging experience I had in this field.
‘In terms of, like, just the disappointment.

‘You know what it’s like when you really want something. Oh muy God, I really wanted the jungle.
At ITV, it was often stated that they would not perform a Love Island/jungle crossover.
‘So when I got it I felt ‘I’ve finally done this thing to get chosen to go in.’
The situation was incredibly complex and problematic across numerous aspects. While there are certain details I can’t disclose, it primarily involved medical complications.
‘I tried to fight them on it because I felt like I was fine.’
The Loose Women celebrity mentioned that discussions have taken place regarding the possibility of her rejoining the program.
She affirmed that she “would repeat it” and hinted that ITV “might reconsider,” but she requires some time to “make up her mind.
She mentioned that she realized she could have returned, but she needs some time to decide as the outcome was quite underwhelming for her.

Reflecting on my conversation with the exquisite Olivia from Strictly Come Dancing, I confessed that her emotional exit left me in tears. Yet, even then, she swore to return to the dance floor someday.
She informed The Sun, “I’m certain that the jungle will eventually be completed – 100%. I won’t find peace until it is.
‘But probably not this year. From a purely logistical point of view, it would be almost impossible.
Apart from that, I’m not planning to compete as a contestant at this time because I prefer to concentrate more on my hosting role currently.
