Road to the CS2 BLAST.tv Austin Major 2025: NRG and OG

In the European qualifier, OG secured a top position, finishing either first or second. They tied for this spot with HEROIC. During Stage 1, they convincingly outplayed Complexity in Round 1, winning 13:3 on Ancient. However, they suffered a close defeat against B8 in Round 2, losing 13:9 on Inferno.

In the third round, OG outplayed TYLOO with a score of 13:4 on the map Ancient. This victory gives them an opportunity to progress to Round 2, where they will face off against the teams that have been invited directly.

Team NRG finished third during the North American qualifier round. So far, their tournament journey has seen a mix of victories and setbacks. In the first round, they overcame TYLOO with a score of 13:5 on Anubis map, but unfortunately, they faced defeat against HEROIC in the second round by the same scoreline on Dust II map.

In the third round, NRG faced a challenging fight against another North American CS:GO team, Complexity. On the map Inferno, they managed to secure a victory by a score of 13:9.

BetBoom vs Wildcard and FlyQuest vs Nemiga: Map scores, details, and the result

In simpler terms, not as many people are excited about the remaining two matches in Round 4, except perhaps fans of either team. However, it is expected that Wildcard and FlyQuest will triumph and proceed to Round 2 of the BLAST Austin Major 2025.

Let’s keep an eye on them, though. Counter-Strike 2 esports is brilliantly unpredictable!

Elimination matches of Round 4. Complexity? You?!

In simpler terms, it’s expected that certain squads will be eliminated from the BLAST Major 2025 in Austin following Round 4. However, it seems unusual to find Complexity competing in the later rounds.

Despite their results not being groundbreaking, they managed to secure first to second place in the North American qualifier and finished between ninth and twelfth at IEM Melbourne 2025.

In the past rounds, the team suffered losses against OG and NRG. Facing those teams wasn’t ideal, but now they have a chance to beat TYLOO, don’t they?
