‘Offensive’ returning horror movie gets fans excited with huge update

Terrifier 4 has received a huge update, leaving fans excited for the upcoming horror sequel.

Last week, director Damien Leone announced on Instagram that the fourth and concluding film of the series has been given the green light.

To celebrate his birthday, Leon posted a photo of the script drenched in red (blood) and offered some insights regarding the movie. He hinted that this upcoming production would delve into the origins of the character known as Art the Clown.

As a dedicated gamer and Terrifier fan, I can’t contain my excitement! Today feels like the perfect day to share some exclusive news with you all – the script for Terrifier 4 is in the works! This is going to be an epic, heart-stopping, nerve-wracking, emotionally charged, and ultimately satisfying finale to the Terrifier saga. I can’t wait to bring this terrifying tale to a close, and I hope you’re as thrilled as I am!

I must admit, I’ve rarely felt as thrilled to witness one of my stories come alive on-screen as I am with this particular project. By the way, I’m excited to unveil Art’s backstory in this post – stay tuned! 😉🤗 Once more, thank you all for your support.

The upcoming movie, labeled by its director as the “culmination of the Terrifier series,” appears to continue the narrative from where Terrifier 3 left off. According to Digital Spy’s review, the third installment was “the best portrayal of Art the Clown so far, and it might just be the most offensive, which, for a Terrifier film, is a sign of quality.

Previously, during a question-and-answer session, Leone confirmed that a fourth movie is coming, stating, “Indeed, we’re making Terrifier 4.

However, he later confessed to GamesRadar+ that his announcement was made prematurely, stating: “I wasn’t allowed to reveal it. Now the question is, can I cram everything I want into this final act? Can I fit it all in one more film, or will it require two films for me to reach that conclusion?

Terrifier 3 is available to buy or rent from Prime Video, iTunes and more in the UK.
