Katie Price surprised everyone by announcing her engagement to businessman Lee Andrews only a week after revealing she’d broken up with her previous partner, JJ Slater.
Katie, age 47, posted photos online of a very elaborate marriage proposal. The pictures showed the words ‘Will you marry me?’ spelled out in rose petals and surrounded by lit candles at the Jumeirah Burj Al Arab hotel in Dubai.
Only a few days after they first connected, the couple got married. Many fans speculated it was just a publicity stunt, but Lee took to Instagram on Tuesday to assure everyone that they are truly married.
And now, Katie’s fans can enjoy the same proposal for themselves… if they so wish.
On the Beach travel company is taking advantage of the current trend by offering similar proposal packages in the same popular locations.
The campaign features an image with the message: ‘Some questions you only get asked once (or twice).’ It uses the same visual as Katie and Lee previously shared.
You know, I always dreamed of proposing at the Burj Al Arab, and now it’s actually possible! On the Beach offers a special Proposal Package there – it’s how I’m planning to do it, and I’m so excited!
The ad jokingly highlights that Lee is proposing in the exact same way, at the same location, as he did to his ex-girlfriend only four months prior.
It’s easy to see the similarities between Lee’s current proposal and the one he made to his ex, Alana Percival, last year.
He proposed at the luxurious Jumeirah Burj Al Arab spa, scattering rose petals and tea lights to spell out “Will you marry me” on the floor. Both women also received a bouquet of roses, all wrapped in simple brown paper.
Reports indicate that Alana, who closely resembles Katie with her tattoos, long hair extensions, and tan, has invested in one of Lee’s businesses.
She later reportedly called off the engagement after growing suspicious of Lee’s intentions.
On the Beach write: ‘You can now book a proposal setup with a 100% success rate.
Our Burj Al Arab Proposal Package is a proven success, built on a winning formula.

‘When love’s involved, Price really doesn’t matter. T&Cs apply.’
Following Brooklyn Beckham’s lengthy post explaining his desire to remain estranged from his family, people jokingly dismissed the seriousness of the family conflict.
They wrote: ‘Finally, a refund policy for when the family chat goes nuclear.
We understand that families sometimes disagree. That’s why we’ve created “The Beckham Clause.”
If someone in your group cancels their trip because of a disagreement, a public argument, a silly fight over space, or even something like unacceptable behavior, we’ll give you a refund for their portion of the hotel cost.
