Nova’s Lauren Phillips and her aviation millionaire fiancé Paul O’Brien jet into Sydney together in rare public sighting
Lauren Phillips has been engaged two years but keeps her romance very private.
On Sunday, the radio host from Nova and her partner Paul O’Brien made an uncommon public outing together, appearing side by side at Sydney Airport.
41-year-old woman, casually attired, walked through the terminal accompanied by her aviation entrepreneur partner.
Instead of the black suede jacket, Lauren chose a white shirt and paired it with beige pants, completing the look with coordinating sneakers.
She appeared to have on minimal makeup with her brunette locks down and straightened.

Meanwhile, Paul maintained a casual look with a pair of blue denim jeans, a white pullover hoodie, and a pair of brown boots.
He wheeled along a white suitcase and black sports bag as he left the airport to grab a ride.
In Melbourne, I, as a lifestyle connoisseur, often find intriguing pairs who maintain a private life. Despite their preference for keeping a low profile, one fascinating duo was regularly spotted leaving in the same car, offering a subtle hint of companionship without giving too much away.
Last year, it came to light that Lauren had grown distant from Paul following his decision to redecorate their home while she was out of town.
During her appearance on the Nova 100 Jase & Lauren Show, Lauren mentioned that during a recent business trip to Fiji, her business partner seized the opportunity to swap out a couch he disliked for a new model.
Lauren conveyed to her fellow cast members, Jase Hawkins and Clint Stanaway, that he harbors a strong dislike for the stunning sofa I purchased for our new home.
‘Upstairs, beautiful sofa, white linen, stunning, in the living room. I love it,’ she gushed.
‘It’s linen so you near melt into it.’

Lauren said Paul did not like the couch and thought that it belonged in a teenager’s bedroom.
So when Lauren jetted off, Paul seized his chance.
Jase exclaimed, “He’s really channeled Darren Palmer!” Lauren responded, “It’s like he’s designed for Shayna Blaze! This new couch seems more at home in a dental office waiting room.
After bringing up an image that looked like a comparable piece of furniture, Jase mentioned it brought back memories of the famous couch from Big Brother, the reality TV show on Channel 10 where contestants faced elimination.
He asked, “Does it resemble the large corner sofa reminiscent of the Big Brother set? You know the one, don’t you? The one Gretel often refers to?” He exclaimed excitedly.
Lauren mentioned that Clint, another co-host, shared the identical viewpoint after visiting her home the previous evening.
Lauren blurted out, “Hold up! Hold up! Hold up!” She was referring to an incident from the previous night when Clint had visited. The question she posed was, “And what was the very first thing you said then?
‘This is the Big Brother couch,’ Clint replied. I said the same thing!’

Jase punctuated the story by uttering an iconic line from the reality series.
‘It’s time to go, Paul,’ he said.
Phillips announced her engagement to multi-millionaire partner live on-air in 2023.
She shared the exciting news with her co-host, and spoke about the surprise proposal in Mykonos.
In a more conversational style, we can say: O’Brien is the head of luxury aviation service provider AVMIN, boasting an impressive roster of celebrity clients such as Matt Damon, his spouse Luciana Barroso, Chris Hemsworth, and Elsa Pataky.
During our vacation, we traveled to Europe. For a couple of days, we were solely in Rome as a pair, and I figured if he was planning to propose, it would have happened just the two of us, she initiated by saying.
Later, we visited Mykonos where we reunited with all our buddies. It turned out that I was the only one unaware of this plan. Right there among our friends, he popped the question unexpectedly. I didn’t see it coming and the next moment, he was down on bended knee.
As a devoted admirer, I must confess that the public proposal was an astonishingly surreal encounter. Initially, it seemed to me as though Paul was merely jesting.

Initially, it appeared to me that he was simply joking. It felt like I was outside myself during that moment. To be honest, I didn’t really notice the ring. Instead, I embraced him, shed tears, and afterwards, we all celebrated.
She could not contain her joy when discussing the ultra-romantic proposal.
Everyone commented, “It seemed like you hadn’t agreed,” to which I replied, “Absolutely, it was a ‘yes!'” We subsequently phoned our family who were at home, and he inquired about my father. She emphasized that he is a gentleman.
The notoriously private couple have been dating since early 2020 and lived together in Byron Bay.
Paul previously dated former Sunrise host Samantha Armytage from 2018 – 2019.
During the initial phase of the Covid-19 pandemic in early 2020, Lauren began a relationship with Paul, residing in Melbourne at that time.
