Nova star Lauren Phillips cheekily admits to hitting the booze while her jet tycoon fiancé Paul O’Brien is away: ‘The wheels are off!’

As an ardent follower of Lauren Phillips’ vibrant and vivacious lifestyle, I must say her latest antics have me utterly captivated! The woman knows how to live, that’s for sure. Her zest for life, her infectious spirit, and her uncanny ability to turn any day into a celebration are truly inspiring.

Lauren Phillips disclosed that she’s been enjoying margaritas during her fiancé Paul O’Brien’s absence, as he’s currently overseas.

As I find myself basking in the solitude of my abode, I shared with my dear colleagues Jase Hawkins and Clint Stanaway during their Melbourne breakfast show yesterday, I’m reveling in this precious time while my partner is momentarily absent.

Laughingly claiming she’s “sensitive to unpleasant moments,” the media figure admitted to enjoying some drinks on a weeknight for fun.

‘I had a few margaritas on a Monday,’ she told her co-host and listeners. 

Jase, 42, was left stunned by the admission, saying: ‘Oh, Jesus. The wheels are off with you.’

Lauren admitted, “Paul is not here, and I’m thriving. You understand why? It’s because I can’t stand unpleasant situations.”

Newsreader Clint, aged 41, enquired about the type of margarita she had chosen: ‘Were they original, spicy, or Tommy’s variety?’

Lauren replied, “I had a classic cocktail on the rocks,” hinting at her cozy evening at home with some alcohol.

Last week, Lauren marked the shared birthday of her fiancé Paul O’Brien and AFL star friend Tom Hawkins, which fell on July 21st, in Melbourne.

In a series of delightful Instagram posts, the birthday honorees couldn’t hide their joy, as they spent a lovely lunchtime celebration with Lauren and her husband Tom, along with Emma.

One image showed the Geelong Cats star having the time of his life with Lauren’s partner Paul and their celebrity friends over drinks at a fancy Melbourne restaurant.

Another charming snapshot featured Lauren’s high-profile friends, which included AFL partner Emma Hawkins among others, striking poses and enjoying themselves outside a neighborhood bar, while exchanging jokes and beverages.

Lauren titled the gallery with affectionate messages, “A lovely Sunday. Happy Birthday Paul and Tom,” followed by a heart emoji.

Last July, I was over the moon when my beloved idol, Lauren, revealed she’d accepted Paul’s proposal! It happened during a breathtakingly romantic getaway on the enchanting island of Mykonos, as if fate itself had orchestrated their aviation boss to pop the question. Simply magical!

Paul heads up the elite aviation charter service, AVMIN, catering to an impressive clientele that counts Matt Damon and Chris Hemsworth among them.
