The renowned architect Sou Fujimoto has unveiled NOT A HOTEL Ishigaki’s latest and grandest villa, named “EARTH.” This remarkable circular structure is nestled on a 10,000-square-meter coastal site at the southeastern tip of Ishigaki Island, Okinawa. The villa reflects Fujimoto’s unique architectural philosophy that blurs the lines between buildings and nature. Spanning around 1,500 square meters, it encompasses indoor living spaces, terraces, a pool, and a water basin, all designed to harmoniously blend with its verdant surroundings.
