Tabitha Willett caused a stir online after complaining that men on their phones didn’t offer her their train seat, even though she was wearing a ‘baby on board’ badge.
The 33-year-old Made In Chelsea star, who is pregnant with her second child, used Instagram on Tuesday to urge London commuters to improve their behavior.
Tabitha shared a quick video of a crowded train, filled with people on their phones, and began a post with: ‘I don’t want to complain, but…’
Returning from dropping the kids at school, I was disappointed to see that no one offered their seat to a pregnant woman with a visible badge, or to an elderly couple, despite a crowded carriage full of people looking at their phones.
‘Do better London’.
She responded to a fan in a video, addressing comments about her pregnancy. The fan had criticized her, stating that being pregnant shouldn’t be considered a disability.

Tabitha explained that if she’d been having a difficult pregnancy and needed to rest, she would have politely asked someone who wasn’t pregnant if she could sit down until the next stop. Luckily, she was feeling well enough to stand.
After Ottilie was born, I was mostly confined to bed and unable to stand or walk without help. I did eventually get crutches near the end of my recovery.
I believe pregnancy isn’t a disability, but because every situation is different, it’s always a good idea to ask someone if they need help. That’s just my opinion.
Transport for London offers free ‘baby on board’ pins to pregnant passengers. These pins are meant to subtly let other riders know they may need a seat, making it easier for people to offer assistance on crowded buses, trains, and trams.
This helps signal that someone needs a seat, particularly for pregnant people who may not appear visibly pregnant but are experiencing tiredness, nausea, or other discomforts.
Tabitha revealed in December that she is expecting her second child with fiance Harry Hoare.
She already has a six-year-old daughter named Ottilie, whom she co-parents with her ex-partner, Fraser Carruthers.

This follows Tabitha’s story about how she realized she would marry her fiancé, Harry, after an unusually long first date that lasted three full days.
The expecting celebrity shared that she and Harry started dating after she messaged him on social media early last year.
After dating for only ten months, Harry proposed to his partner during a family vacation to Dubai in October. They shared the news a few weeks later.
Tabitha revealed she and Harry knew each other ‘for years’ before getting together romantically.
I’ve been following her story for a while now, and it’s so relatable! She recently shared with The Wedding Edition that while she and her now-partner kept in touch, they weren’t particularly close for a long time. It’s funny, she actually told me it was New Year’s Day 2025 – when she was feeling pretty alone, to be honest – that things started to shift. She’d just put ‘find love’ on her vision board for the year…
I responded to his Instagram story, suggesting we get together for drinks soon. He always jokes about how I ‘messaged him directly’ on Instagram.
We had a drink together, and our first date actually lasted three whole days! I was so smitten that as soon as he left, I immediately called my best friend, Ollie Locke, and told him I was going to marry him.
It might not sound very exciting, but when you’re in your thirties – especially with kids – you really want to be sure you’re not wasting time on someone who isn’t right. That’s something Harry and I talked about right away. We were on the same page about everything, and it all felt very natural and simple. It wasn’t necessarily filled with intense sparks, just comfortable and easy.
Harry proposed to Tabitha with a temporary ring, and she was wearing a long white dress with a cape at the time.
Tabitha and Harry stayed at The Lana, a new hotel within the Dorchester Collection, during their visit.

They watched the sunset from the rooftop bar before heading back to their room. Harry wanted to quickly get something before dinner.
Tabitha shared that when they entered their suite, it was beautifully decorated with rose petals and candles. A private dinner was set up on the balcony.
The couple kicked off the year with a luxurious getaway to Paris, spending £1,800 (about €2,170) per night at the five-star Hôtel Plaza Athénée for a babymoon.
Tabitha, who rejoined the popular E4 show before its 29th season in March, shared the news that she’s expecting a baby with her followers on Instagram.
She shared a sweet video from her hospital scan, showing her daughter Ottille by her side.
Only a few days after announcing their engagement, Tabitha shared on Instagram that they’re planning a simple, intimate wedding in January.
She shared a photo of wedding dresses and explained that they’re planning a small, casual wedding in January. While the dresses are a bit too formal for their event, she said they were fun to look at to get excited for the big day.
I was totally surprised to hear about Tabitha getting engaged! We all just watched her short relationship with Arman on Made In Chelsea, so it definitely came out of the blue. It’s exciting, but honestly, I didn’t see that coming at all!
Tabitha originally joined the Made In Chelsea cast in 2018, during their annual trip to Croatia.
She dated Prince Harry’s friend, Fraser, for four years. They met when she started working as a marketing director at his exclusive club, Albert’s.
They got engaged in Miami in 2019 and were planning a wedding at London’s Hurlingham Club for the next July, but they had to cancel it because of the pandemic.
However, in October 2020, a year after Ottilie was born, they announced they had split.
