Ninja Turtles voice actor Peter Renaday is found dead at age 89
As a lifelong fan of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, I can’t help but feel a profound sense of loss upon hearing about the passing of Peter Renaday. The man who brought Master Splinter to life was more than just a voice actor to me; he was a part of my childhood, a guiding force in the lives of those turtle heroes I idolized.
89-year-old Peter Renaday, famously recognized as the first voice actor for Master Splinter in Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, has passed away.
The prolific voice actor was ‘found him dead inside’ his home in Burbank, California on Sunday following a ‘welfare check’ in response to a call phone.
Law enforcement confirmed the news to TMZ on Tuesday of his passing.
As a dedicated follower, I’ve learned that the incident seems to be a straightforward, non-medical examiner case, appearing to be a natural occurrence.
