Ninja Gaiden 2 Black Update Adds New Game+ and Photo Mode
The development team known as Team Ninja has rolled out an update for the game “Ninja Gaiden II Black”. This new patch introduces features such as New Game+ and a Photo Mode, allowing players to capture and preserve screenshots of their ninja combat exploits for future reference.
As per the Ver 1.0.7.0 update details, the New Game+ feature allows you to commence another game at the difficulty level you’ve already conquered, keeping all the weapons and Ninpo you’ve earned. But when initiating a New Game+, all weapons and Ninpo will reset to their initial level 1 status.
Concerning Photo Mode, you can locate it within the Options Menu, where it functions just as you might anticipate. Furthermore, this update introduces a feature that allows you to conceal Ryu’s projectile weapon on his back using the ‘Show Projectile Weapon’ option in Game Settings, which you can switch on and off at your convenience. Additionally, enemy health has been reduced in Chapters 8, 11, 13, and 14. Lastly, Ayane’s attacks will now inflict more damage.
The patch is now complete, addressing several issues that arose when playing at frame rates exceeding 120fps. Control problems have been tackled, as well as controller vibration malfunctions. Additionally, bugs that caused players to venture off-bounds or prevented progress in certain chapters have been rectified. A bug leading to crashes during extended gaming sessions has also been remedied, along with various other minor glitches.
Ninja Gaiden 2 Black is available for Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 5, and PC now.
