55-year-old Whigfield reminisced on her prime by styling her hair into intricate, Princess Leia-esque braided buns, echoing the fashionable trends of the ’90s.

On Saturdays, the renowned hit-maker known as Sannie Charlotte Carlson shone brightly in a selfie and several more vibrant pictures taken with her youthful companions.

1994 saw Whigfield’s rise to fame, with her single “Saturday Night” becoming a chart-topping sensation and cementing her status as a popular household name in the UK.

The Danish singer experienced his greatest triumph in Britain with this song, earning a unique dance routine that was frequently seen at primary schools’ discos and family gatherings throughout the nation.

Whigfield fought off breast cancer more than ten years back, and at one point, she shared an image of her swollen right breast on social media. She expressed gratitude for having been able to leave the hospital after going through that health predicament.

She shared in her post that she aims to increase knowledge about breast cancer: ‘Experiencing the battle against breast cancer was an unusual experience.’

She mentioned, “I want to share a photo I took during my radiation treatment; I hope it doesn’t disturb anyone, but it serves as a reminder to have regular check-ups, even if you’re feeling fantastic. I wish you all a prosperous and joyful life.”
