Nineties Boy Band Five Reunites for Epic UK Tour After 25 Years!

Five are back!

Following a gap of 25 years, the cherished ’90s boy band has declared their reunion, bringing together all five original members. They’re set to embark on a tour across the United Kingdom later in the current year.

The individuals Abz Love (age 45), Ritchie Neville (also 45), Scott Robinson (45), Sean Conlon (43), and J Brown (48) were part of one of the United Kingdom’s most popular boybands before they disbanded in 2001.

Over the years, the group has come back together in different configurations, but up until now, they’ve been playing as a three-piece band consisting of Ritchie, Sean, and Scott.

Starting from Brighton on October 31st, 2025, the 12-date “KEEP ON MOVIN'” Tour will embark on a journey across the country, making stops in Bournemouth, Cardiff, Nottingham, Liverpool, Manchester, Leeds, Birmingham, Newcastle, Aberdeen, Glasgow, and London’s The O2. This tour will span various cities throughout the United Kingdom over its duration.

Excitedly sharing the news on social platforms, they announced: ‘Indeed, we’re getting back together and embarking on a tour throughout the United Kingdom!’

As a devoted follower, I can’t help but express my excitement: This moment we’ve been waiting for feels incredibly timely, as if it were destined. After 25 years, the time finally seems ripe for us to embark on this journey together.

We’re absolutely thrilled to reunite on stage with everyone and meet in person soon. It promises to be an unforgettable event! Here’s to a fantastic time ahead!

Starting this coming Friday, 7th of March, I’ll be glued to my screen, waiting for ticket sales! Don’t want to miss out? Make sure you sign up at itsfiveofficial.com before then – you’ll get exclusive access to presale tickets as early as Wednesday!

‘International fans, make sure to sign up there so we know where in the world you are too.’

For the last several days, they’ve been hinting at their return on various social platforms, and they’ve even launched a fresh website and Instagram account. Both platforms display ‘Loading… 27.02.25’.

On Tuesday evening, the band starting with J’s Instagram account shared a photo depicting a chat dialogue. The newcomer to Instagram, who happens to be in this band, wrote: “Checking the mic… can you hear me?” followed by “Five rowdy boys are about to rock,” which is a line from their song Everybody Get Up.

Simon once came close to physically attacking a member of the 1990s boy band 5ive during an intense argument, which occurred while they were collaborating together.

In a conversation on the documentary “Boybands Forever,” Scott admitted that he had hit rock bottom in the year 2001, describing an incident where he forcefully pushed one of the higher-ups at the record label against a desk using his foot, causing him to collide with the wall.

He declared, ‘I’m quitting this band, and you can’t stop me,’ as Simon attempted to physically deter me.

Simon confessed, ‘We nearly came to blows. I was mere moments away from throwing a punch at him.’

According to The Sun, Scott later admitted, “I’d completely lost control. Security had to escort me out of the premises, causing quite a commotion, as if I were a frantic, desperate animal.

Reflecting on the less savory aspects of the music industry, Simon pondered: ‘There can be significant financial gains, but it can also be incredibly ugly and distasteful. A tough exterior is essential.’

In the previous year, it came to light that Ritchie’s earnings were surprisingly modest, even though his band had sold a massive 20 million records globally.

In an upcoming BBC series titled Boybands Forever, Ritchie asserted that the group was unfairly taken advantage of financially by individuals who benefited from their achievements.

He mentioned that when they initially started, the group only took breaks for two days over the course of two years. Additionally, each member was initially paid only £100 per week, despite their successful singles such as Everybody Get Up already being released.
