‘My first choice is to steer clear of carbohydrates – this means I have to resist temptations like pizza and pasta, which are incredibly common and seem to be on every menu. It’s almost impossible not to encounter them, and who wouldn’t love these delicious dishes? However, it presents a significant challenge for me.’

If she’s in the mood for pizza, she opts for a cauliflower crust with veggie toppings and less cheese. And when it comes to pasta, she prefers using squash noodles instead.

Living in this picturesque suburb, I revel in the opportunity to greet my neighbors and marvel at the vibrant blooms lining the pathways. Each of these leisurely walks amounts to a brisk hour and a half workout, making it an effortless commitment towards maintaining my fitness routine.

In 2018, she gained a bit of weight upon the birth of her son Hendrix, yet she wasn’t truly committed to regaining her pre-baby figure until 2022.

And now the singer has finally gotten to the weight she loves.

She mentioned that she practices yoga for an hour each day, specifically performing five Sun Salutations, the Warrior pose, Tree pose, and lunges, following her morning coffee.

Before retiring for the night, I typically dedicate around 20 minutes to performing additional Sun Salutations as it aids in improving my sleep quality.

After a long day of work and taking care of my child, it feels great to have some personal time for self-care. This ritual significantly reduces my anxiety levels and helps me fall asleep quickly.

Her well-known songs are “This Is It” and “U & I,” with Sambora frequently playing the role of mentor.
