Nike and the U.S. Men’s National Team have just launched a unique clothing line created with designs from the late Virgil Abloh. This collection honors Abloh’s incredible creativity and brings his distinctive style to a national audience as excitement builds for the 2026 FIFA World Cup.

I was totally blown away when I first saw the USMNT’s new pre-game outfits! They seriously turned heads – it’s like they stepped right out of a fashion magazine. The coolest piece is this long-sleeve rugby shirt. It’s mostly white, but covered in really striking graphics, and they added this classic varsity-style lettering. What really makes it pop is the bright blue collar and those bold navy and red stripes across the chest and sleeves. It’s definitely not your typical team gear, and I’m loving it!

This piece clearly channels the distinctive style of Virgil Abloh’s Off-White brand with its detailed, intentionally unfinished look. The front boldly features the words “Football America,” while “United States of America National Football Team” is printed along the bottom. Unique touches include a custom red “ARCH” Swoosh on the chest, a large star-bordered “U” on the sleeve, and distorted lettering details. The collection’s broad appeal was recently highlighted by NBA star LeBron James, who was seen wearing it in promotional images.

Okay, so I’m super hyped for the 2026 World Cup, and this new collection looks amazing – seriously, it’s a piece of design I need to own. I’m checking V.A.A. and the U.S. Soccer website next week because they’re getting early access, and then it’ll drop on Nike SNKRS for everyone else. Gotta set a reminder!
