Film director Illya Konstantin has announced that his first full-length film, titled “Night of Violence,” will make its worldwide debut on the opening night of FrightFest 2025 in London. The movie combines intense action and sharp wit, tackling the harsh realities of corporate greed and the devastating impact of the opioid crisis on individuals. The world premiere of Night of Violence will take place at ODEON Luxe Leicester Square on Thursday, 21 August.
As I eagerly anticipate the grand unveiling, let me express my palpable enthusiasm for the premiere of my first directorial venture as a filmmaker. This isn’t just another debut; it’s a daring leap into the unknown. We’ve moved swiftly, fueled by passion and an unrivaled ensemble cast and crew who have poured their souls into this project. The result? A gritty, raw, satirical, and brutal exploration of life that asks a question as old as time: What are the hidden costs when our world prioritizes profit over survival?
I’ve consistently held the view that horror serves as a daring playground for bold storytelling. If “Night of Violence” manages to strike you hard and perhaps even evoke a nervous giggle in the process, then we have achieved our goal. We take great pride in this production.
