It’s quite rare these days to see public figures sharing their unpolished moments, and Nigella’s decision to post her natural, untidy hairdo is a breath of fresh air.

Earlier this week, the TV chef, who’s 64, shared insights about her favorite styling products on Instagram. Later, she opted to display her simple, natural look to her followers instead.
To create a more balanced portrayal, the celebrity posted a photo showing her unkempt, disheveled hair, humorously admitting that she typically appears quite dishevelled outside of filming.
As I shared my haircare routine and styling tips on Instagram yesterday, I’ve found myself feeling a bit anxious about meeting expectations, given that my usual day-to-day look is far from polished. In all honesty, most days you’ll find me stepping out with an unkempt appearance!

At sixty-four years old, Nigella has shared her anti-wrinkle skincare trick: she sleeps in a chilly room without any central heating.
The housewife strictly adheres to a fixed evening ritual, which consists of cleaning and skincare rituals before retiring for a rather cold night’s rest.
