Nicole Kidman is reportedly spending a lot of money each month to rent a luxurious home in London, but her husband, Keith Urban, isn’t currently living with her there.
The 58-year-old actress is currently in England filming the sequel to Practical Magic. She’s living in a beautiful mansion in Hampstead that previously belonged to singer Boy George.
The impressive mansion is said to be costing the Moulin Rouge star around $132,000 Australian dollars (or £65,000) each month, and her husband of 19 years, Keith Urban, hasn’t been spotted visiting.
According to Woman’s Day, filming for the Practical Magic sequel has finished in the UK, and Nicole Kidman is settling into her new house.
According to a source, while they try to talk daily when distance separates them, the amount of time they’ve been apart since Nicole’s mother passed away last September is surprising.
The source added the actress’ living arrangement was raising eyebrows among the community.

They’ve clearly separated, and she’s now settling into a beautiful new home in London, far away from here, according to sources.
Her husband, a country singer, is on tour across the US and Canada with his ‘High and Alive’ tour, and won’t be home until mid-October.
The insider said it’s unclear how much longer the couple can handle being separated, especially since they’ve historically made an effort to never spend more than two weeks apart. That’s obviously changed now.
Nicole’s house became well-known in 1986 after Michael Rudetsky, age 27, was found unconscious in the living room at Boy George’s dramatically decorated home. It was later discovered he had overdosed on heroin.
His death hit the Culture Club singer, who was fighting a drug habit at the same time, hard.
But the mansion’s controversial past doesn’t seem to have put Nicole off living there.
Ignoring any past issues, the house itself is beautiful, in a lovely setting, and offers plenty of room.
This home is perfect for a celebrity, and its location near Hampstead Heath is especially appealing to those accustomed to the lifestyle in America.

The property boasts five bedrooms, five bathrooms, a cinema, a roof terrace and a meditation room.
Even though the house held painful memories, Boy George (born George O’Dowd, age 64) lived there until 2022, when he decided to sell it for more than $30 million.
Edward Gotto, an engineer and developer, had this mansion built in 1868. He later expanded the property by adding sections to both sides.
Over the subsequent decades, the house was subdivided into several different properties.
In 2015, Sam Smith purchased the neighboring property, which he later sold to George. George then embarked on a major three-year renovation of the house.
The original buildings were combined to create a single, spacious home. A large kitchen and breakfast area were added, opening directly onto the garden.
George disagreed with Camden Council about his plans to add a glass extension and cut down some trees to brighten up his home.
This famous home was even showcased on the Channel 4 show Selling Super Houses in 2023.
