Nicole Kidman’s “bizarre” wellness drama shares first look at season 2

The much-anticipated second season of the starmarked, humorous drama “Nine Perfect Strangers” featuring Nicole Kidman, has unveiled its initial glimpse.

In the second chapter, the actress who played in Big Little Lies reappears as Masha Dmitrichenko, but there’s a major shift in location. Instead of the sun-kissed landscapes of Cabrillo, California, the next installment will be set amidst the snowy peaks of the Austrian Alps.

As a thrilled fan, I can’t wait for me to dive back into the captivating world of my favorite series! The second season will kick off on Hulu in the United States on May 21, gracing our screens with not one but two brand new episodes. Excitingly, additional episodes are promised to unfold weekly thereafter. Can’t wait to join you all in this continuation of our shared journey!

Just as I was captivated by the impressive lineup in season one, featuring stars like Melissa McCarthy, Regina Hall, Luke Evans, and Manny Jacinto alongside others, I can’t wait to see the incredible cast gracing our screens in season two of Nine Perfect Strangers.

Fans are buzzing with anticipation for the next installment, as one viewer dubbed the series “strangely captivating” in a tweet from their account @TwitterX.

In the latest updates, Masha isn’t just shown sporting a long, stylish bob in a winter landscape, but also offers a glimpse into the individuals who will be attending the rejuvenating getaway guided by the mysterious wellness guide.

Season two introduces Murray Bartlett, who is known for his role in Schitt’s Creek, Annie Murphy from The Good Wife, as well as Christine Baranski, both from The Good Wife too. Additionally, it includes Henry Golding, a star from Crazy Rich Asians, and Dolly de Leon, a star from Triangle of Sadness.

As I gaze at a recent screenshot, it seems like my gaming buddy Masha might be teaming up with the mysterious Helena (played by Lena Olin). They both appear to share an intriguing glance at a computer screen, sparking my curiosity about their secret plans or discoveries.

In the final lineup for the next release, we have Mark Strong, Maisie Richardson-Sellers, Aras Aydın, Lucas Englander, and for the first time on screen, the renowned singer King Princess, stepping into the role of Tina.

In the United States, the second season of “Nine Perfect Strangers” will make its debut on Hulu on May 21. For viewers in the UK, the new season will be streaming on Prime Video starting from May 22. If you’re interested in catching up with the first season, it’s also available on these platforms.
