The Australian actress announced on Tuesday that she’s returning to work with Chanel, now that Matthieu Blazy has become the brand’s new creative director.

The 58-year-old expressed excitement about joining Chanel as it starts a fresh direction under Matthieu’s leadership.

I deeply admire Haute Couture, and I’m incredibly excited to see Matthieu’s designs for this historic fashion house. I can’t wait to experience and wear his beautiful new collection.

She continued, explaining that Chanel has always been innovative and empowering for women, and she’s confident Matthieu will continue that legacy, just as Karl Lagerfeld did before him.
