On Monday, she made her first public appearance since the passing of her dear mother, attending the Balenciaga show during Paris Fashion Week.
On a Saturday evening, Nicole ventured into the bustling streets of Soho, New York, exuding style in a subtly stylish outfit.
The actress opted for a fitted, long-sleeved turtleneck top in black, which clung to her slender figure.
She added a pair of grey trousers that appeared a tad long at the heel, as well as flat black leather shoes.
Nicole chose a porcelain-style makeup, featuring a peachy blush and deep pink lipstick. She wore her golden locks loose and straight.
Nicole announced the death of her mother just hours before being awarded Best Actress for her role in Babygirl at the Venice Film Festival.
On Instagram, the actress and her sister paid an emotional tribute to their deceased mother by sharing previously unseen pictures of her along with heartfelt words.
In her message, Nicole expressed gratitude towards her numerous followers and well-wishers, who offered their sympathies during the period of mourning.

Due to tragic news, the actress from Australia had no choice but to cut short her stay at the Venice Film Festival and fly back to Sydney, her hometown, to be with her loved ones.
On the very last day of the Venice Film Festival, Nicole received the Best Actress award, only a few hours after her mother, Janelle, had passed away.

During a chat on the Fresh Air podcast in January 2022, Nicole mentioned that she had returned to Sydney for a while to help address some health concerns faced by her mom.
Her comments came as she told how she had taken Janelle to the Art Gallery of New South Wales after hours, where they saw the Matisse: Life & Spirit exhibition, describing it as a ‘soothing balm’ amid the Covid-19 pandemic.
She mentioned that our main reason for being here is to look after her mother, and also to ensure she’s surrounded by her adoring grandkids, as she put it.
Fortunately for us, despite the ongoing spread of Omicron within our country, we managed to take her to the gallery after hours yesterday and introduce her to the Matisse exhibition. Given that I was nurtured in the arts by my mother, experiencing Matisse last night served as a comforting respite. Indeed, Matisse himself felt like a soothing balm.
For a number of years, Nicole has maintained a very tight bond with her cherished mother, Janelle, and frequently discussed the role her mother played in supporting and shaping her professional journey.
