As a longtime admirer of both Nicole Kidman and Javier Bardem, I find it incredibly exciting to witness their reunion on the big screen in the enchanting film “Spellbound.” Their combined talents have always been a testament to the magic that can be created when two powerhouse actors collaborate.

At a Monday night event at The Paris Theater in Midtown Manhattan, Nicole Kidman gracefully revived her timeless curly hairstyle for the premiere of the movie “Spellbound.

Skillfully, hairstylist Serge Normant was able to revive the youthful-looking, wavy hairstyle of the 57-year-old Oscar winner that was reminiscent of her earlier years.

Although some fans may yearn for Nicole’s red hair, her abundant locks actually held a strawberry-blonde hue.

Actress Nicole Kidman gracefully displayed her tall and slender frame of approximately 5 feet 11 inches in a long-sleeved maxi-dress adorned with intricate openwork embroidery, hailing from the Dolce & Gabbana Alta Moda showcase.

The producer-star of “The Perfect Couple” accessorized her see-through outfit with jewelry from Wempe and black shoes chosen by stylist Jason Bolden.

Make-up artist Gucci Westman fully contoured Nicole’s alabaster, suspiciously unlined complexion.

Kidman was joined on the blue carpet by her onscreen daughter Rachel Zegler.

In an effortless collaboration, the 23-year-old woman of half-Colombian descent teamed up with the Australian, who hails from Hawaii, while both were adorned in a mini-dress from Harris Reed’s September 2024 collection. This particular dress, number 5, featured a white blazer and black floral detailing.

Rachel shared with Access Hollywood that the corseted design reminds her of wanting to emulate Demi Moore, who looked stunning in the Harris Reed gown at the Met Gala in May.

Zegler finished off her sleek ensemble with a pair of patent leather Jimmy Choo stilettos and accessories hand-picked by stylist Sarah Slutsky Tooley from both Eva Fehren and Shahla Karimi collections.

Hairdresser David von Cannon styled the actor playing Romeo & Juliet with a feathery, loosely tied bun at the top, while makeup artist Kale Teter accentuated her eyes with smoky shadows and highlighted her cheekbones with a touch of bronze.

Rachel, with an impressive 2.3 million Instagram followers, playfully suggested a photo opportunity with Nicole and their fellow Oscar-winning co-star Javier Bardem, saying, “I’d be posing with my mom, dad, and me!

Absolutely, Nicole Kidman and Javier Bardem play the roles of Lumbria Kingdom royals who are cursed to become monsters in Skydance Animation’s Spellbound, set to debut on Netflix on November 22nd. Meanwhile, Zegler’s character, Princess Ellian, undertakes a journey aimed at lifting this enchantment.

Outside the venue, the former Moulin Rouge cast member and the 55-year-old Spaniard proudly stood next to automobile renditions of their characters, Queen Ellsmere and King Solon.

Nicole expressed her excitement to “work together again” with Javier, following their roles as Lucille Ball and Desi Arnaz in Aaron Sorkin’s 2021 movie, ‘Being the Ricardos’, which received mostly negative reviews.

In a charming manner, Kidman humorously expressed, “I felt incredibly humbled when they extended the invitation to me. After all, Rachel’s voice is absolutely ethereal, and my initial thought was more along the lines of ‘Oh dear!’

‘But I loved what [director Vicky Jenson] had done with it, and she was so nurturing and kind and sort of encouraging as we went along, and obviously with the composer being Alan [Menken], I was just like, “I’m in! Just get me there, please!”‘

At a certain moment, the actress from A Family Affair, displaying her excitement, noticed autograph enthusiasts who were politely standing by on the outskirts of the venue.

Nicole took care to stand alongside her fellow actors from the movie Spellbound, which includes Nathan Lane, Tituss Burgess, Jenifer Lewis, and Olga Merediz, all of whom lend their voices to the film that was once called Split.

Actresses Nicole Kidman and Jennifer excitedly acquired plush toys featuring the violet hamster character named Flink Dee, which was given voice by Dee Bradley Baker.
