A former girlfriend of Nicolas Cage is filing a lawsuit against the actor and their son, Weston Cage, claiming that he inflicted “dangerous injuries” on her in a violent attack in April. According to her, Weston, who is reportedly a 300-pound professional fighter, was responsible for these injuries.

Christina Fulton plans to file a lawsuit against her 34-year-old son due to assault and battery charges, as well as against her son’s father for not preventing him from causing harm while under his supervision. This action is based on an unsubmitted civil complaint filed with the Los Angeles Superior Court on Tuesday.

In November, Fulton initiated a lawsuit against Hila Arounian, his third ex-wife of Weston, alleging she embezzled $100,000 and sought a “fraudulent protective order” that obstructed Fulton and Nicolas Cage from visiting their granddaughters.
