Reports suggest Nicola Peltz receives a monthly allowance of $1 million from her billionaire father, Nelson Peltz.

As a lifestyle expert, I’ve seen a lot when it comes to family finances, and this situation is quite striking. It’s really a huge sum of money, especially when you consider reports that Nicola’s husband, Brooklyn Beckham, still receives financial support from his parents, David and Victoria. The difference between what she receives and what he’s thought to get is pretty significant, to say the least.

Although he’s not as famous as David and Victoria Beckham, Nelson Peltz is actually wealthier. His net worth is an impressive $1.6 billion, compared to the Beckhams’ $680 million.

According to Marina Hyde on the ‘The Rest Is Entertainment’ podcast, the Beckhams do financially support Brooklyn, but not to an excessive degree. They reportedly hope he’ll eventually become self-sufficient and independent.

Nelson Peltz might disagree with this report, but sources say he told someone he gives his daughter a monthly allowance of one million dollars.

The Beckhams always assumed their children would be the ones signing prenuptial agreements, not them – they expected the roles to be reversed.

Last year, there were reports that David and Victoria Beckham were worried their son felt stuck due to the terms of their marriage agreement and where he was living in Los Angeles.

Brooklyn Beckham and his wife, Nicola, have been living in a lavish £11 million Hollywood home for over a year, but reports suggest Nicola is the main owner of the property.

According to a source who spoke to The Sun last year, the Peltz family believes the Beckhams haven’t been financially supportive enough of their son. The source suggested that money has been a complicated issue in the relationship between the two families.

David and Victoria Beckham came from humble beginnings and have achieved great success. They believe in teaching their son the value of hard work, and didn’t want to simply give him a large sum of money, as they felt that would send the wrong message.

In 2022, Nelson demonstrated his warm welcome of Brooklyn, 26, into the family by spending $3.5 million on a lavish wedding when his daughter married. He didn’t hesitate to spare any expense for the celebration of their union.

Nelson and Robert took the reins of their father’s frozen food business and quickly expanded it over the next several years.

During the 1980s, he increased his fortune by buying Triangle Industries, a manufacturing company. He transformed it into the world’s leading packaging company and then sold it in 1988 for what sources say was hundreds of millions of dollars.

Even though Nelson had already become incredibly wealthy, he didn’t retire. Instead, he began ‘activist investing,’ which means buying large portions of struggling companies and then working to improve them – often by reducing costs, reorganizing the business, selling off assets, or changing the leadership.

Nelson had ten children and created a large family. He married Cynthia Abrams in 1964 and they had two children together before divorcing in 1981.

Their eldest, Matthew, is now a successful businessman, and Brad was a fantastic ice hockey player. Then there’s Brittany, who has a real talent for designing children’s clothes. Their son Darren, everyone calls him Diesel, is a really innovative tech entrepreneur. And they have twins, Zachary and Gregory, who are both 18 now, plus their daughter Nicola.
