Nicola Peltz fires back at the Beckhams with a pointed New Year dig after her husband Brooklyn ‘declared his relationship with his estranged parents is over’

Nicola Peltz seemingly responded to a family conflict with the Beckhams by posting a pointed message on New Year’s Day, following reports that her husband, Brooklyn, has cut ties with his parents.

A family dispute has escalated, leading to a social media block. The 26-year-old oldest son is at odds with the rest of his family, and his parents, David, 50, and Victoria, 51, were recently blocked on Instagram as a result.

Nicola, age 30, shared a post on her Instagram Story expressing gratitude for the people in her life, including another mention of the Beckhams.

She shared a photo of her loved ones and wrote a caption expressing her gratitude for starting the New Year with them.

Nicola identified her husband, Brooklyn, as well as her brothers Bradley and Zach Peltz’s girlfriend, Aislinn Carne, in the photo.

Kenya Jones, Quincy Jones’ daughter, along with Alison Albright and Lovette Candice, were also in the photo with her.

Brooklyn Beckham has reportedly cut ties with his parents, stating their relationship is finished. This news comes as he celebrated New Year’s Eve in Florida with his wife, Nicola.

The former footballer and fashion designer shared pictures of Brooklyn on social media from their home in the Cotswolds, but it seemed the young chef wasn’t interested in reconciling. Instead, he was seen at the E11EVEN nightclub in South Florida with Nicola, while 50 Cent performed.

Brooklyn and Nicola seemed happy and carefree, singing, dancing, and sharing photos and videos from the night – including moments from 50 Cent’s performance – on social media, showing no indication of any family issues.

David seemed determined to mend fences and shared family photos on Instagram, including a picture of Brooklyn when she was younger.

Although sources say Brooklyn ended any chance of getting back together, he still cares about certain family members.

According to a source, Brooklyn Beckham has distanced himself from his parents, but remains close to his grandparents. He still loves them very much, and that hasn’t changed.

As a longtime follower, it really touched me to hear that both David Beckham’s mum, Sandra, and Victoria’s mum, Jackie Adams, reached out to Brooklyn recently. He’s been missing from so many important family moments this year – things like his dad turning 50 and that special ceremony he’d been waiting for. It was lovely to see the grandmothers trying to reconnect with him.

According to a source, David and Victoria Beckham are determined to repair their relationship with their son, and they remain hopeful that they can. They will always be his parents and continue to express their love and concern for him.

Even though David had a fantastic year filled with achievements, some feel his distance from Brooklyn has diminished the impact of those successes.

The Daily Mail have contacted Brooklyn and David’s representatives for comment.

The former footballer shared a New Year’s photo with his oldest son, writing, ‘I love you all so much.’

The photoshoot also included pictures of David with his sons Romeo and Cruz, and his daughter Harper. The last photo showed his wife Victoria and all four of their children, with the message: ‘You are my life.’

Victoria quickly re-shared the post, adding a loving heart emoji to the picture of David and Brooklyn.
