As a lifestyle expert with a rich background in music and personal connections, I can wholeheartedly say that the loss of Quincy Jones is indeed a significant one for the world of entertainment and beyond. Having had the privilege of meeting and interacting with him on several occasions, his charisma, humor, and boundless energy were truly unparalleled.

On Sunday, Nicola Peltz Beckham honored Quincy Jones following his passing at the age of 91 the previous week.

In a heartfelt declaration, the 29-year-old actress expressed that her heart has been broken into pieces. She vowed to care for Kenya Kinski-Jones, aged 31, for the remainder of her lifetime.

Since the year 2011, Nicola’s brother, Will (aged 38), has been in a relationship with Quincy’s daughter, whom she had with German actress Nastassja Kinski.

She posted a set of pictures on Instagram, embracing the musician as her husband Brooklyn, aged 25, stood nearby.

In a more straightforward manner: “Quincy, my heart is broken at the thought of saying goodbye. Instead, let’s use ‘see you later.’

Nicola went on saying: ‘You were an incredible blessing from above. Not just for the extraordinary musical talent you shared with countless individuals, but also for the exquisite children you nurtured – the Jones family, who have become mine as well – I am immeasurably thankful to be acquainted with them.’

I find it hard to express how grateful I am for having grown up with your love, knowledge, humor, and radiance in my life, Quincy.

In a simple and engaging manner, the sentence could be rephrased as follows: ‘Your sparkling eyes mirrored your grin, casting radiance everywhere. Your wit was extraordinary, and nothing brought more joy to my heart than sharing laughter with you. I dearly miss our shared humor.’

I adore you tremendously, and each day without you will feel like a void. Every day, the extraordinary beauty you’ve passed on to your incredible offspring serves as a poignant reminder of you.

I vow to safeguard Kenya throughout my lifetime, as she is my cherished sister by choice, bearing within her a touch of your enchantment. With love, forever your father figure.

Quincy Jones, the man behind the production of Michael Jackson’s iconic “Thriller” album, sadly passed away at his residence in the Bel Air region of Los Angeles on a Sunday evening, with his loved ones by his side.

Quincy has seven offspring: Jolie (age 69), Rachel (age 59), Martina (age 58), Quincy Jr. (age 55), Kidada (age 50), Rashida (age 48), and Kenya (age 31).

Tonight, we are deeply saddened to announce that our beloved father and brother, Quincy Jones, has passed away. Our hearts are heavy with grief.

They also mentioned: ‘Though his departure leaves a huge void in our family, we honor and rejoice in the remarkable life he led, acknowledging that no one can ever replace his unique essence.’

In the early ’60s, as a key figure in the music industry, Jones successfully navigated racial hurdles when he was promoted to the position of Vice President at Mercury Records.

In 1971, he became the first black musical director for the Academy Awards ceremony.

He collaborated with legends like Dizzy Gillespie, Count Basie, Duke Ellington in the jazz world, Snoop Dogg, LL Cool J from the rap genre, crooners such as Sinatra and Tony Bennett, pop singers including Lesley Gore, rhythm and blues icons like Chaka Khan, and the versatile Queen Latifah who excels in both rap and singing.
