Nick Kyrgios Puts $1.8M Sydney Penthouse on Market After Shocking Breakup with Costeen Hatzi
After a surprising breakup with his long-term partner Costeen Hatzi, tennis star Nick Kyrgios is now selling his luxurious Sydney penthouse, which he bought only three years ago.
The 30-year-old tennis star has put up for sale a three-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment in Kensington, priced at around $1.8 million.
He originally purchased the Anzac Parade home for $1.6 million in March 2022.
The Canberra-born athlete reportedly used the penthouse as his full-time Sydney residence.
His choice to offload the property occurs concurrently with personal adjustments, such as his recent separation from Hatzi, who is well-known in Sydney’s social scene and is 26 years old.
The penthouse, perched high on the acclaimed Capella structure, offers breathtaking vistas of the surrounding district, stretching as far as the Blue Mountains and the urban skyline.
One notable aspect is the presence of a sizable rooftop terrace (24 square meters), a large outdoor swimming pool, and ample interior space amounting to around 174 square meters.
This property boasts several contemporary conveniences, such as complete elevator service and a spacious double garage. It also features central air conditioning throughout the year to ensure constant comfort.
The penthouse boasts convenient proximity to beautifully landscaped gardens featuring a warm outdoor pool, an on-site convenience store, a sushi bar, and a beer garden.
Apart from the penthouse itself, you’ll enjoy simple access to lavishly designed gardens that come equipped with a heated swimming pool outside, an in-house mini market, a sushi restaurant, and a beer garden.

In addition to the penthouse, you will find it effortless to reach lush gardens adorned with a warm outdoor pool, a small grocery store on-site, a sushi bar, and a beer garden.
Over the last year, properties in Kensington have seen a minor drop of 1.7%, making the listing of Kyrgios’ penthouse particularly intriguing within Sydney’s bustling real estate scene.
This month, Kyrgios’ former girlfriend shared a farewell note with her tennis player ex-partner following their official breakup confirmation.
For the past month, there have been whispers that the couple has split apart. Nick Kyrgios seems to have stopped following the popular social media personality on Instagram.
The well-known tennis player fueled speculations about a hidden separation when he erased her initials from his Instagram biography.
Currently, Hatzi posted several mysterious updates on various platforms. Among these, she uploaded a TikTok video where it seemed like she was saying: “Who on earth is my husband?” At present, she has officially filed for divorce.

She then confirmed the pair ended things on good terms, wishing the best for her ex-partner.
‘I’m loving my work and doing content every day,’ she told The Herald Sun.
‘We haven’t spoken, relationships come to an end. I believe it’s for the best.
‘I hope he finds peace and happiness within himself.
As a committed individual, I embarked on this relationship wholeheartedly, guided by sincere intentions. I found myself deeply drawn to him and felt that we shared an exceptional bond.
In recent weeks, Kyrgios appears to have been focusing on his own journey.
He shares photos on social media showing him working out, participating in brand functions, and having fun with his friends during leisure time.
The pair began dating back in 2021.

After their initial encounter, it became evident that they were deeply smitten with each other, having exchanged messages on social media regarding a mirror she had listed for sale.
He went to her home to pick up the mirror but as she previously said: ‘It was love at first sight.’
In January 2022, they officially started their relationship and decided to live together. Often, Hatzi could be spotted trailing behind her partner while he participated in various events on the ATP Tour worldwide.
Following four years as a couple, it was disclosed by The Herald Sun that they parted ways following a tournament in March. Humorously, Hatzi quipped, “Perhaps I should avoid dating athletes.
