On the eve of her important day, the 34-year-old proprietor of a lingerie business was accompanied by her mother Lizzie, grandmother, and maid of honor in their preparations.
As Katie surveyed the selection of wedding dresses, a specific one seemed to catch her attention, prompting her to take it from the rack for a closer look.
Regardless of a nearly three-decade difference in their ages, they’re planning to wed, as Nick proposed in August of 2023.
It appears that Nick should be all set for his debut dance, as he announced his return to the dance floor on Strictly Come Dancing after a previous arm injury, which will take place this coming Saturday.
Earlier this week, the future participation of the DIY SOS star in the BBC’s dance show was uncertain following an injury he suffered while changing a tire when his car malfunctioned en route to his 62nd birthday celebration on Sunday.
However, after receiving approval from the show’s managers, he is set to come back in week two, accompanied by professional dancer Luba Mushtuk. This decision was reinforced by his growing favor among viewers.
On their wedding night, Katie will be eagerly anticipating that all her dance training with Nick will have prepared him to gracefully whisk her around in a Waltz.
In August 2023, the couple announced their engagement in New Orleans. They shared the joyous news through a post on Instagram.

2016 saw the separation of TV personality Nick from his spouse Jessica Rose Moor. In September 2021, he was spotted with Katie for the first time, following his breakup with public relations expert Emily Hallinan in February 2020.
In a restaurant in Bath, the long-time friends Nick and Katie stepped out into the public spotlight together, marking their first appearance as a romantic pair.
He was also previously married to Gillian Knowles from 1996 to 2000.
