Nick Cannon talks Thanksgiving plans as a father of 12: ‘I’m a busy man’

44-year-old media figure engaged in conversation with People magazine before the festive season, while also lending his time to a charitable event at the LA Mission, situated in downtown Los Angeles.

He communicated to the media, “It’s quite intricate. I am a man with a full schedule during Thanksgiving.” He further mentioned that he has numerous dinners he needs to attend.

In relation to the holiday meal, the Drumline actor remarked: “By the close of the day, I’ll likely be stuffed, yet everyone excels at their own unique culinary areas.

‘Some people got good sweet potato pie, some people got amazing fried turkey,’ he explained.

‘So I know every house that needs to have the things that I really like,’ Nick emphasized..

Cannon welcomed 13-year-old fraternal twins Moroccan and Monroe with ex-wife Mariah Carey in 2011.

In my personal life, I’m fortunate to be a dad to three lovely little ones – Golden, age 7, Rise, age 2, and Powerful, age 3. My partner, Brittany Bell, and I are incredibly blessed by their presence in our lives.

Previously known for his work on Nickelodeon, this individual is currently a father to three young children: Zion, Zillion (both 3 years old), and Beautiful (2 years old), who he shares with Abby De La Rosa.

He shares son Legendary, two, with Bre Tiesi and daughter Onyx, two, with LaNisha Cole.

Apart from being a cannon, he’s also a father to two kids – his son Zen, who tragically lost his life to brain cancer at just five months old in December 2021, and his little girl Halo, who turned two on the 14th of December.

Besides Joe Manganiello and Tom Sandoval, other notable personalities lent their hands at the charity event on Wednesday.

Per People, the group served more than 4,000 complimentary meals. 

Furthermore, over 2,000 pieces of clothing were given away, along with hair styling services like cuts and trims, nail care such as manicures and pedicures.

Nick shared that his charitable nature stems from his grandmother’s teachings; she always emphasized that those who have more should also contribute more, a belief rooted in the idea that ‘those who receive much, are expected to give much.’

He stressed, ‘The best part about any holiday is to be able to be of service. And that’s what I feel like life is really about.

I believe that life truly shines when you find yourself enjoying helping others and contributing to their happiness.

As a devoted admirer, I can’t help but sing praises for the TV personality, whose exceptional fathering skills shine brightly on Selling Sunset. He skillfully juggles the diverse requirements of his brood, demonstrating a remarkable ability to be both good and consistently present.

And despite his busy schedule, she said he finds time to be present for each one.
