News Wire: Marian – Riptide Interactive Scene Announced
As a seasoned player with years of gaming under my belt, I must say, Seasun never ceases to surprise us! The announcement of Marian – Riptide getting her own interactive scene, “Lustrous Night”, is music to our ears. Though we may have initially missed the mark with our speculations about the Azure Paradise event, it’s clear now that we were on the right track.
After the initial Azure Paradise event teaser, some viewers believed the upcoming mission featuring Marian – Riptide might include interactive scenes like those seen between Katya and Dawnwing. Initially, these individuals were ridiculed for not closely examining the details of the actual event for a few weeks. However, their prediction proved correct when Seasun unexpectedly announced that Marian would indeed have such a scene.
Also, did I mention that you can pre-order it?
Surprise Reveal
Marian – Riptide is set to incorporate the “Shimmering Night” interactive scene, but unfortunately, it won’t be accessible until the upcoming game update in version 2.3.
The usual prerequisites still apply, of course: you’ll need to own Marian – Riptide and her “Radiant Sunkiss” outfit to be able to use the interactive scene. Thankfully, Marian will be a free pickup from the Special Invitation event (though you’ll have to finance the acquisition of the outfit yourself).
Pre-Orders
Although the interactive scene won’t go live for some time, you don’t have to wait that long to pre-order it. Pre-orders will be accepted from October 10 at 10:00AM until November 7 at 4:00AM (UTC+8). This means you can secure your purchase from the moment Marian becomes available for free, all the way up until the end of the current event. The interactive scene can be bought on its own (don’t forget that the outfit is required to use it), or as a bundle that includes the “Radiant Sunkiss” outfit for Marian and the “Future Heartbeat” weapon skin.

To sweeten the deal, Seasun has discounted these during the pre-order period:
- The interactive scene will cost 40 Bitgold during the pre-order period, and 50 Bitgold afterward. Players who own Marian – Riptide and the “Radiant Sunkiss” outfit will be able to purchase the interactive scene at any point in the future.
- The bundle will cost 168 Bitgold during the pre-order period, and 178 Bitgold afterward. It is stated that the bundle will also be available after this event ends during the 2.3 update (though without the discount obviously), but it isn’t made clear how long this will be the case.
In other words, regardless of when the updated interactive scene is released (version 2.3), Marian’s outfit and weapon skin will already be available for players who buy the bundle, without delay. The interactive scene itself will become accessible later on.
As the pre-order phase continues, it’s likely that promotional content demonstrating the interactive features will become available. Therefore, it might be wise to hold off on your purchase for a while, so you can make an informed decision about what you’re investing in. Remember to spend wisely, friends.
