Although Bubu the Geomancer was planned to debut as Snowbreak’s new character in version 2.4, she won’t have her own dorm and there won’t be any outfits for sale featuring her design in this update.

It’s quite clear why this happened: Following the initial unfavorable response to version 2.3 of Sands of Secrets story and its rewrite, Bubu was promptly developed as a substitute for a character who was about to leave. Given the hurried development phase, it seems that the developers didn’t have enough time to include bonuses like dorms and outfits, focusing instead on getting the basics ready for release.

As I write this, a Seasun spokesperson mentioned that a new outfit could potentially be included in version 2.5 of their product line, although they were uncertain about the specifics and whether it would definitely materialize.
