Newlyweds Jeff Bezos and Lauren Sanchez invite Leonardo DiCaprio and Vittoria onto their $485m superyacht for a double date on the high seas

On Sunday, Jeff Bezos and Lauren Sanchez had a high-profile quadruple outing with Leonardo DiCaprio and his companion, Vittoria, as they hosted them on their luxurious $485 million yacht named Koru.

Hollywood actor Leo, aged 50, along with his young girlfriend Vittoria, 27, are well-versed in navigating cruises; they’ve sailed before as part of their company with a group of stars during the previous summer.

I donned casual attire for our day by the sea, with Leonardo opting for a simple white T-shirt, shorts, his distinctive baseball cap, and sunglasses.

Vittoria showcased her model figure, wearing a blue strapless top and matching it with black yoga pants.

Simultaneously, Jeff (age 61) and Lauren (age 55) chose contrasting patterns in their outfits. Jeff donned a printed kimono on top of his bikini, whereas Lauren paired tropical swim shorts with a navy t-shirt.

A few weeks following their wedding in Venice, where Jeff (age 61) and Lauren (age 55) exchanged vows, a double date has been arranged. However, the opulent nature of their wedding ceremony received some negative comments.

Among the esteemed attendees where I was fortunate to be present, I found myself alongside Leonardo, Vittoria, Sydney Sweeney, Oprah Winfrey, and Orlando Bloom. What an honor!

Now Lauren wears a $5 million diamond wedding ring that has fans as well as jewelers in an uproar. 

One of the high-profile attendees at the Bezos wedding has shared insights into the extravagant ceremony, mentioning that no invitationees among the 200 guests were asked to abide by any confidentiality agreements.

On a recent episode of her podcast, “The World’s First Podcast,” Sara Foster, who is David Foster’s daughter, discussed the lavish Italian wedding that took place on Thursday.

While talking to her sister Erin Foster, she surprisingly revealed: ‘No one signed NDAs. No NDAs.’ 

When asked about the “wedding of the century,” she added that the ceremony was exceptionally private or close-knit.

It’s empty here. It’s fascinating to see how the atmosphere at these protests was so exaggerated, as if they were staged or something… but it’s nothing like that now. Instead, it felt incredibly personal and intimate.

Additionally, she disclosed that there were indeed many individuals who were not captured in the photographs, yet she opted to maintain confidentiality regarding the identities of the discreet attendees.

“I’m afraid I can’t. Frankly, it seems rather uncool to me. I won’t be participating, but the idea that so many individuals went without being captured on camera is intriguing, and it certainly presents an interesting scenario.

Jeff’s yacht, known as the Koru, signifies ‘new beginnings’ in the Maori language, as reported by The Independent.

In 2018, the creator of Amazon first ordered the building of a ship at a cost of $485 million, and it required nearly five years to complete its construction.

The Koru has three decks and is 250-feet tall, marking the world’s tallest sailing yacht.

In April 2023, Boat International announced that this vessel boasts three masts exceeding 230 feet in height. It stretches 416 feet across, making it one of just four yachts worldwide that surpasses the 328-foot length mark.

The  vessel was made by the Dutch company Oceano. 

In February 2022, the boat known as the Koru sparked debate as Oceano requested Rotterdam to dismantle the century-old Koningshaven Bridge to make way for its masts.

Amid local protests, Oceanco made alternate plans to install the masts.
