After a long wait, James Gunn’s take on Superman is almost here, and the DC Universe movie is gearing up its promotions following the release of an action-packed trailer last month. Scheduled to hit cinemas on Jul. 11, Superman will introduce a variety of new superheroes, as depicted in thrilling new stills from the film.
Instead of sharing new character posters for “Superman” on social media, Gunn highlighted the main cast using the tagline “#Superman – Our metahumans arrive this summer.” The post showcases David Corenswet as Superman, along with Nathan Fillion as Green Lantern, Isabela Merced as Hawkgirl, and Edi Gathegi as Mr. Terrific, among other super-powered characters.
