New SAS series cast leaked as stars jet out to Morocco to film remake – but will Ant Middleton make a return to the reality show after he was cut from The Amazing Race?

The SAS series is currently undergoing a significant transformation, as numerous well-known actors have arrived in Morocco to initiate shooting for the upcoming season.

Daily Mail Australia discloses that six Australian celebrities have discreetly traveled to Marrakesh for the purpose of shooting a fresh take on the popular survival series.

Dubbed SAS Hotel, the hush-hush series is said to be unlike anything fans have seen before.

According to those who are familiar with it, this show combines elements of a rigorous military training camp and an extravagant mental exercise. It’s set to premiere in the UK initially, and there’s a strong possibility that it will be shown on Channel Seven by the end of next year.

‘It’s a wildcard version of SAS with a twist,’ one well-placed source said.

The experience remains intense, both physically and mentally challenging, yet it carries an additional psychological component that significantly affects newcomers.

‘It’s Who Dares Wins meets The White Lotus.’

This exciting face-off between six Australians and six British competitors features tasks intended to push their national pride and physical limits equally.

Among those who have recently arrived in Morocco include reality television queen Jessika Power, singing and acting sensation Natalie Bassingthwaighte, and longtime Neighbours star Ryan Maloney.

All chosen for their recognisability in both the UK and Australia.

The insider discloses that there is clearly a well-planned approach in place, with the goal being for everyone involved to become prominent figures in both markets.

‘It’s all about building a format that can travel globally.’

It has been mentioned that Jamie Marinos, who appeared in this year’s edition of Married At First Sight, initially declined an offer to participate on the program.

She’s made it clear that, under her existing deal with Channel Nine, the series wouldn’t fall within the permitted boundaries.

There has been speculation concerning the role of previous SAS leader Ant Middleton, who has overseen both British and Australian iterations of the program.

Initially known as the prominent figure of the franchise, his controversial actions during the filming of The Amazing Race Australia might have negatively impacted his popularity.

In a turn of events, Brendan Fevola led to the disqualification of Ant and his brother Dan during the Celebrity Edition of the show due to an occurrence that transpired off-set while they were abroad.

On their day away from filming, there was an incident involving Dan, who reportedly had a heated disagreement with TikTok personalities Luke and Scott O’Halloran.

It’s said that Dan allegedly shouted at his brothers and spoke in an unsuitable manner during the late hours of the night, when the majority of the cast were asleep.

Ant was not directly involved in the incident but was disqualified along with his brother.

According to reports, it’s claimed that during the competition, Brendan directly addressed Dan about his conduct.

He allegedly gave producers an ultimatum: remove the Middleton brothers or he and Leni would walk.

Shortly after, Ant and Dan were sent home and cut from the series.

Based on information from SAS Hotel’s location sources, Ant hasn’t been spotted in Morocco. Consequently, it seems reasonable to conclude that he is not involved in the project.

It’s interesting to note that, on a peculiar occasion, well-known figures such as athletes, television celebrities, and British actors have unexpectedly shown up on the same day.

The official list will be announced in the coming weeks.

The shooting schedule is set to conclude within the next four weeks, meaning our stars will be back home, regardless if it’s a victory or defeat, by early August.

If the SAS Hotel resonates with British viewers, industry experts predict that it might signal a complete comeback of SAS Australia, featuring a fresh design and ambiance.

Now that the secret about the SAS Hotel has been revealed, it’s time for our Australian celebrities to step up and represent. They must endure whatever challenges this enigmatic hotel presents to them.
