Sony Pictures has confirmed that Bloodborne, the popular video game, is becoming an R-rated animated movie. The news was revealed at CinemaCon, and a studio executive stated the film will capture the dark and violent atmosphere that fans loved in the original game.

Jacksepticeye, also known as Seán McLoughlin, is not only starring in the adaptation but is also a producer. He told his fans on Reddit that he’s committed to making it the best Bloodborne adaptation possible, calling the game his “favorite” and recognizing how dedicated the fans are.
