However, some people were up early, including new parents Jamie Laing and Sophie Habboo, who were among the first to greet the day on January 1st, 2026.

Jamie and Sophie, who welcomed their son Ziggy last month, are proving to be hands-on parents, waking up early with him each day – unlike some celebrities who prefer to sleep in.
