January 2026 is wrapping up, and it’s been a fantastic month for both streaming movies and TV shows. But some of the biggest and best new series are just getting started this week, so here’s a look at what’s coming to your screens.

Wonder Man – January 27 (Disney+)
As a Marvel fan, I’m already so excited for the big movies coming this year – Spider-Man: Brand New Day and Avengers: Doomsday are going to be huge! But before those, we’re getting a new Disney+ show, Wonder Man, and honestly, even if it’s just a fun, smaller story, I’m really looking forward to seeing Ben Kingsley back as Trevor Slattery. There’s also a chance this show could tie into the bigger MCU picture, which makes it even more interesting. I can’t wait to find out what it’s all about!

School Spirits, Season 3 – January 28 (Paramount+)
With Milo Manheim now starring as Flynn Rider in Disney’s live-action Tangled, there’s growing excitement for the third season of School Spirits. If you’re new to the show, you can currently watch the first two seasons on Paramount+ to get up to speed before Season 3 premieres this week.

The Wrecking Crew – January 28 (Prime Video)
It’s surprising it took so long to get a buddy cop movie starring Dave Bautista and Jason Momoa. They play brothers who are both police officers, but with very different approaches to the job. The premise is a recipe for a fun action comedy, and could even be something special. At the very least, it’s a great excuse to sign up for Prime Video.

Shrinking, Season 3 – January 28 (Apple TV)
Look, I’ve always thought Shrinking was a great show and worth the Apple TV+ subscription, but Season 3? That’s a whole other level. They’ve got Michael J. Fox coming back to TV, and honestly, that alone is reason enough to tune in. Plus, seeing him alongside Jason Segel and Harrison Ford? It’s going to be amazing – I’m already counting down the days. This is a show you seriously don’t want to miss.

Bridgerton, Season 4 Part 1 – January 29 (Netflix)
If you’re looking for a reason to keep your Netflix subscription, the new season of Bridgerton is back this week! Fans of romance are sure to love the first part of the new season, which follows Benedict Bridgerton (Luke Thompson) as he searches for a wife. The remaining episodes will be released later in February.

If I Had Legs I’d Kick You – January 30 (HBO Max)
With Rose Byrne receiving an Oscar nomination, it’s a great time to stream the critically acclaimed film If I Had Legs I’d Kick You on HBO Max. If you didn’t get a chance to see it in cinemas, now you can enjoy it from home.
February is shaping up to be a great month for streaming! Disney+ will be releasing more episodes of The Muppet Show, and Hulu is bringing back Scrubs – and there’s plenty more coming, too.
