Michelle Keegan, a new mother, expresses gratitude towards her friends, relatives, and followers for their kindness and support after the birth of her daughter, Palma Elizabeth Wright.

On Thursday afternoon, the actor from Coronation Street, who is 37 years old, shared a photo of balloons before a rainbow on Instagram along with the words: “Thank you to everyone for your heartwarming messages.” The post included a bow and bubble emoticons.

On Wednesday, the star along with her partner Mark Wright (aged 38) shared the news via a heartwarming photo displaying their little girl’s head and their hands.

Michelle titled her post: ‘Sharing a fresh love with us… Our baby girl, Palma Elizabeth Wright, born on March 25th.’

In a charming monochrome snapshot, the beaming parents cradled little Palma’s delicate hand, who was swathed in a delicate crochet outfit.

It’s thought that the couple selected the name Palma as a tribute to their close ties with Mallorca, a favorite vacation spot where they also unveiled their pregnancy in a beautiful photoshoot.

Actress Michelle, aged 37, tied the knot with Mark in May 2015. The pair reside in a custom-built Essex mansion that they constructed themselves.

Beyond his fame, there’s a personal connection that tugs at my heartstrings – he’s an uncle to not one, but three adorable little ones! His footballer brother Josh’s twins and sister Jess’s son have been blessed with the love and guidance of this extraordinary man. Over the years, I’ve listened intently as Mark expressed his dreams of becoming a father himself someday.

Following their Instagram announcement about the upcoming arrival of their child, Mark and Michelle were inundated with well wishes from friends, relatives, and acquaintances such as Rochelle Humes, Kelly Brook, Vicky Pattison, and closest friend James “Arg” Argent.

Arg expressed: “I adore you, and I couldn’t be more thrilled for the two of you! You’re going to make fantastic parents. I can hardly wait to become your little brother’s uncle.

Mark’s brother’s wife, Hollie, stated that Josh and Dusty are eagerly anticipating meeting their upcoming family member, whom they adore. ❤️❤️

While Mark’s sister Natalya said: ‘So so happy for you both. The best news ever ✨.’ 

They expressed: “Absolutely thrilled for both of you! ❤️”, or alternatively, “Tremendously excited about you two! ❤️.

Mark’s brother, Josh, is extremely excited about you two and can hardly wait for their sons to get acquainted with your baby, sending much love ❤️.

Sam Faiers, who previously dated Mark, wrote: ‘❤️ huge congratulations x.’

Previously, Michelle shared that she was eager to have some ‘personal time’ dedicated to nurturing her role as a mother.

She informed TopMob: “I’m planning to spend a significant amount of time away from work this season to savor motherhood. Usually, I’m not around during summer due to work commitments, but this year I’m excited to be staying home instead!

While Mark expressed his joy by saying he’s “thrilled to become a father,” he also shared that Olly Murs has been offering him guidance on parenthood.
